    I have now been here for just over 6 months. The team are professional and friendly and very helpful. From the Reception (Ala and team) to house-keeping (Deepu) have been excellent at every encounter. The rooms are kept clean and efficient service when required. The shuttle to malls etc is also very helpful and is added value. Thank you to each and evry team member.

    We had a lovely stay at Park Apartments! The staff are so wonderful, always so polite and the service was exceptional. The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard and all members went above and beyond for any request we made! Arla and the reception team, Suraj and Gayan and all members of housekeeping made our stay very comfortable and were on hand to help at a moments notice. Location was great, close to multiple supermarkets and the metro - an easy cab ride to downtown and many other desired locations. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

    Very good location with a short Careem into downtown Dubai. The staff are beyond helpful, accommodating and nothing is ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend Park Apartments for short and long term stays. Thank you in particular to Suraj, Arla and Gayan, the rest of the reception + house keeping team for their excellent hospitality through out our stay.

    Ive been living at the hotel for quite a few years and Ive had excellent service with many but most especially the cleaning staff an in particular Dulanjani. Attention to detail and courteous understanding of my needs really grants the living space an atmosphere and decorum of professionalism and healthy living. She is an exemplary employee and should be regarded as such throughout her tenure with the hotel.I highly recommend her whatever her future entails.

    My son and I have just had 4 nights here. Check in was easy, no issues whatsoever. During this time we were told that our breakfast would be served in the Timo restaurant in the Rotana hotel just a very short walk away.The apartment was fab, it had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and free WiFi. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a log (although the heat may have contributed to that!!) We never ran out of hot water for showers and the air conditioning was super cold (which is needed!)The breakfast was amazing, I could have stayed there all day. The staff in this hotel were equally as lovely and couldnt do enough for you. There was something for everyone as they catered for most nationalities. We did eat dinner in Timo on our first night as were tired. Not a huge choice in the evening and prices charged at hotel prices but again, it was very tasty.The rooms are cleaned every day and fresh towels are provided.The pool is a decent size and has the sun over it for most of the day. There are just a few umbrellas bit you can find shade as the day wears on. It is also manned by life guards.My son used the gym each day and said that it had all that he needed, so he was happy.Location wise - theres not a great deal to do in the immediate area, however, I found this to be a good thing as it was quieter. There are some local cafés and supermarkets close by and the tube station is a 5-10 min walk away. Taxis are reasonably priced and will pick you up from the main entrance to the apartments.Checkout was as easy as check in, no problems whatsoever.My only gripe would be that there is no courtesy room. We had a late late flight and had to check out at midday. We were allowed to use the gym changing rooms to shower but they were quite warm and lacked some items that were needed (towels, shower gel, hair dryer) It wouldnt put me off staying here but I would definitely look at my flight times more next time.Anyway, a fantastic trip to Dubai and we will most definitely be back!

    Excellent, no complaints whatsoever.I am a long time guest at this apartment block. Room no 740. I have always found the housekeeping staff, efficient, friendly, very capable. The apartment is always clean, tidy and well maintained by the housekeeping staff. particularly by Paras, nothing is too much trouble for him, he he always smiling and happy.and he deserves to be promoted as he has been in this position for 3years - the time that I have been here.     My wife and I are at Park Apartments on an ‘over-winter’ long-term stay. We continue to experience all the staff as very kind and helpful.Some of the reviews have mentioned how dated the rooms are. We agree with this. It would be good if this was reflected in the price. However, in spite of our apartment looking tired, we would come here again.The cleaners go out of their way to help. I want to mention Mamadu and Dulanjani as well as a young man whose name I cant remember, but he is from Bangladesh. Thank you to all the cleaners for your hard work.The gym and pool staff are great too. The pool is having maintenance work done at present, but we can use the next door Rotana Hotel pool if we wish.The location is a plus point, which is why there are so many new buildings in progress. The Al Jaddaf Metro station is in walking distance from Park Apartments.

    I love staying at this hotel for the way staff are helping you when you need them!I stayed many times last year and this year, very clean.I tried studio and 1 bedroom apartment.No balcony in the studio.No connecting rooms (unless 2 bedrooms).Amazing swimming pool but no possibility to order drinks or food there which is sad when you want to spend a day at their beautiful pool.Last time i checked in this past Saturday i got blocked in the bathroom as the door wouldn’t reopen, i was lucky the guy who helped with luggages was there as i panicked and they changed me straight away to another studio.Overall a good stay

    Im a long stay resident here at Park Apartments living in a one bed apartment for 9 months so far. Overall, Im very pleased with my accommodation and woud highly recommend. For me the location is great. Its near the airport sitting between two main arterial roads you can enter or exit from either route easily. So, near to airport but also a short trip to downtown, SZR or Jumeirah. The apartments themselves are nice. They are a bit dated as one of the older buildings, but well maintained. Jaddaf is a new area and there is construction going on but the complex, that Park Apartments is part of along with Rotana suites and the Park hotel is all gated off and well kept. For me the best part is the staff. All very helpful especially at reception and also the cleaning staff who look after my room 3 times per week. Special mention to Dulanjani who does a great job.

    Weve been staying in room 349 for the past 9 months. Cant speak highly enough of all the friendly staff, who always go over and above.     I am a long term resident at this property and have now completed the first 3 months of my stay. Whilst the rooms do require a refresh of decor, they are well maintained and the services at the hotel are exceptional. The housekeeping team, in particular Paras, are excellent and so conscientious about customer care and satisfaction. The facilities (Gym and Pool) are very good for a small hotel and well maintained. The location at Al Jaddaf is brilliantly central for key parts of Dubai like the Airport, DIFZ, SZR, Downtown and Business Bay.

    Park Apartments is my Home away from Home.     I want to first give a big shout out to Mr Alaa and to Mr Mahesh who gave us the best service possible! we booked a weekend stay and were not expecting something extraordinary, but the staff and their warmth made our stay memorable. It might not be the poshest hotel in the area, but what others lack is what this hotel excels at - hospitality. They upgraded our room free of charge and Mr Mahesh was always there to help us with our queries. Mr Alaa even apologised that we did not get a high floor room, which is totally fine since they upgraded us to a 2-bedroom suite!!! The attention that they give to their guests is just astonishing that we did not even mind the flaws in the room and just enjoyed the whole stay.Our daughter enjoyed the pool so much and it has just been renovated and looks exemplary, totally much more than the price we paid. Not the typical small Dubai rooftop pool that just existed to say that they have one. The kitchen is a full-fledged one with complete utensils. Internet is fast and they also went to the extent to increase the number of devices that we can connect!To wrap it all up, a hotel most of the time, for guests, does not have to be the poshest one out there, since hospitality comes from people/staff and their execution. I will definitely revisit Park Hotel again.

    Peace be upon you. Frankly speaking, the hotel service is very comfortable. Their reception is very excellent. Their services are fast, especially the cleaning of the room by a young man named Gayan Shater. Frankly, he found a very excellent hotel. It was a nice experience for me and I will come back again, God willing.

    This aparthotel is well located in the Al Jhadaf area, close to the metro station and a 10-minute drive from the Dubai Mall. The value for money is very good, meaning I get what Im actually paying for. Its a complex of three hotels located on the same property. One is a 3-star hotel of average value and quality, another is a 5-star hotel, and this one is an aparthotel with hotel services in fully equipped apartments. Strong points: the apartment is spacious, with a separate kitchen, built-in oven, stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and a fully equipped washing machine. The one-bedroom apartment has two bathrooms, a very large living room with a dining area and a table with four comfortable chairs. An outdoor terrace features two wooden lounge chairs with cushions and space for a clothes rack, which is standard in the apartment. There are two TVs, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room. An ironing board and iron are also provided. The living room sofa is a very large corner sofa that can comfortably sleep an adult. The bedroom can have two queen-size beds or one king-size bed, which can accommodate three adults or two adults and two children without any problem. Try to confirm your preferred type of bed before arriving, because afterward, its very difficult to find a solution, whether its changing rooms or getting an extra bed. Another strong point for me is the area, which has several supermarkets (there are two just 150 meters away), a pharmacy, and other clothing and souvenir shops. Dont think its a shopping center, but it has all the basics. Theres also a metro station 600 meters away that takes you anywhere in the city. At the station, you can buy cards that allow you to load money and travel. The cost of the card is 6 dirhams. Taxis can always be found at the entrance of the hotel complex, and from here to the Burj Khalifa, for example, it takes 10 minutes and costs 25 dirhams (January 22). The hotel has an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a workout room. A buffet breakfast (rather short but with the most basic essentials) is also included in the rate. It is served at the 3-star hotel next door and belongs to the same complex. It has free private parking. Another important issue is the Wi-Fi coverage, which is excellent, and I emphasize this because I had read several reviews complaining about it. Since I was on the first floor, this may be the reason... I dont know the coverage on higher floors. The south-facing rooms have a view of the hotel behind them and arent very nice; those facing north look out over the city, and the higher floors should have a large terrace to enjoy. Weak points and areas for improvement: overall cleanliness. Its poor and can be seen from the kitchen to the floors and furniture. Another issue is the limited kitchen utensils, but we ask for more, and the service is quick and effective. There is a lack of maintenance staff at night, but whoever is there tries to provide at least a partial solution until the next day. Regarding the staff, everyone weve dealt with is helpful and has a solution for almost any issue that may arise. Closing this review, I must emphasize that this is a VERY good option for families of three because the cost/benefit ratio is well-defended.

    Good location close to services. There is a grocery store, a laundry, a buffet, and a pharmacy nearby. The rooms are small and not like the pictures. The service is excellent and the staff are helpful.
