    My Stay is in this hotel is very good. Room facility is very good. Spacious one bed room with living room, kitchen, 2 bath, wasing machine etc is very practically deigned and very comfortable. I suggest to make a facility of inhouse dining/ canteen for more comfort. Location of hotel is also excellent just back side of Burjuman .

    I had an apartment suite. It’s quite spacious, actually comfy. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, two toilets. I enjoyed the smart TV and living room to chill. It’s really close to the metro and you can actually cross the mall to get faster.Food from breakfast was good, a 4/5 just because the coffee was not brewed it was instant coffee.People was kind and respectful.The only inconveniences were that the bathroom curtain was smelly (dampness), food smell from other rooms was filtering to the appartment and it was annoying, the couch was also smelly.

    Great location for Indians, lots of pure vegetarian restaurants nearby too.We had 1 bedroom apartment and 2 bedrooms apartment. They were both very spacious.Staff are all very friendly and helpful.

    Faizan did good cleaning and asked the guests if anything required.Rose gradem hotel apartments is a very good place for the visitors I live everything but the only thing I dont like here the food prepared for breakfast. It was not good and couldnt eat thts why we preffered for outer restaurants for the breakfast. And also ig they have to provide proper 3 meals a day cuz if the visitors went out and they r late for the restaurant it would be better but when we go for outer restaurants we wouldnt get much choices of it was late.But other than these its the best. Also they must charge free for extra beds but they take AED5 per night smthg i dont remember. As a guest they pay for everything (services and all) but all over they have to take extra bed as free of cost.Hope you would give a return feedback for this message.Thank You

    We stayed at the Rosa Garden Apartments from November 4 to 10 and from November 20 to 23. Everything went very well. We were kindly allowed to leave some of our things while we traveled around India for 10 days. In room 406, all the appliances were updated - a refrigerator, a washing machine, plumbing.     We usually book a different hotel apartment whenever we visit Dubai. But due its unavailablity, we went for Rose Garden Apartments.And boy, was I happy I did so!The room rates were reasonable. The rooms are huge. It seems to be just like a flat.Necessary utensils were there for normal cooking. However few might need to be bought like a sauce pan, frying pans.There is a tea shop & supermarket in less than 5 mins walk. And if you call them, theyre happy to deliver it to the room.The Metro is even less than 5 min walk.There is mall too, along with a Hypermarket.The service from the staff too were very friendly. All were helpful.I do have to say 2 things.1. The Ac, even if we increase the Temp 30°c, the rooms stays still cold. And one needs to turn the Ac off. But when done so, it gets hot so fast. Ive tried used just the fan, the vent option. All give the same temp.2. It always felt dusty. I mean the climate there does give that feeling. So that might be a cause, of the balcony door are kept open due to Point 1. However, the Housekeeping guy did make sure the room we stayed was room as to our expected.If you ask me if go back. The Answer is YES.

    This hotel apartment is ideally located. It’s close to the Burjuman Metro Station. Lots of shops and eateries. It’s ideal for families traveling. The best part is that the staff don’t hang around unnecessarily which gives you your space (privacy).The rooms are well maintained and the staff are helpful and friendly.We loved this place and hopefully if we go back to Dubai we will try and book this place again.

    Room Hygiene was well maintained.However, the following improvisation needs to be done.1. Breakfast needs to be changed on a daily basis with light dishes like poha,upma,gram cheela, etc.2.     We stayed for a month in Rose Garden hotel apartments as a family of 4. We loved our stay. All staff members (specifically Samara and Kasim) are very polite and ready to help anytime. Always a smile of the face make you fell special. My kids were very happy and enjoyed the well maintained swimming pool. Overall an excellent place to relax in you Dubai trip. Highly recommended from My side for families.

    We chose this hotel based on the recommendation of a friend who had stayed there last year with his family. Also I found that the online reviews for this property were very good. We are happy we made a good choice and the reviews we read reflected the true picture.We stayed for 8 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The property location is ideal, with excellent connectivity having Burjuman metro station nearby. Also getting a cab is not difficult, we get one as soon as you reach the main road. There are plenty of food options available nearby either eating out or door delivery.Also the hotel service was excellent. Overall it was a very pleasant stay for my family and I have no hesitation in recommending this to my friends and also we too will choose this again if we happen to visit Dubai next.A big thank you to the management of Rose Garden and please keep up the good work !

    The people are very kind and willing to assist in everything. The location is one of the best. Nearby Burjuman metro station, which has both red and green lines, Burjuman mall and great supermarket inside the mall.The one bedroom apartment is huge and has all the necessary facilities, even two toilets. We stayed 3 people, while one person slept on the sofa bed. In general, if you are looking for relatively inexpensive accommodation with al the amenities nearby, this is a place for you. Rose Garden Hotel Apartments in Bur Dubai is one of the best home away from home , staying here makes you feel so homely that you really dont want to leave the place. The location is so convenient since a well known mall, Bur Juman is just a walk away and the Metro Station too is very nearby. Everything about this hotel is exceptional. It is clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. I have to mention about Mr. Jahir Hussain, who takes care of even the minute details to satisfy the people who stay here, also Mr. Shams for his excellent assistance whenever required. Staying here is great value for money and service is always very attentive and efficient. Room itself is very well equipped and comfortable.     Nice stay, close to the Burjuman Dubai metros. Theres a breakfast buffet inthe reception, and breakfast is AMAZING! Only thing, there are only two beds(apart), so Id you are planning to go there with a family of 3 or more, ask for an extra mattress. Staff are as helpful as they can be.     Excellent service, very very nice staff, the roof top pool was very clean and calm, good view of Burj Khalifa, the hotel is right next to the burjuman shopping mall, so food was never a problem, there is a lot of choice, the hotel itself had very good service and the staff do everything in their position to make sure you have a good stay. The hotel apartments are very spacious and clean, very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and supportive. They help you a lot.Mukbul was a very good staff member, and the man in charge of the swimming pool area was very very kind and friendly, there is sauna access and gym access and the swimming pool is very big with a jacuzzi too.Make sure to check this hotel out!!!!

    Very friendly and good people. They just need to make the reception area more enticing and welcoming. When we got in, we were scared that we have made a wrong decision, we even started looking for other hotels around. Owing to the fact that already paid before we arrived, we decided to manage but suprisingly, the rooms are beautiful and big, feels like home. I hope they have changed the lift too.

    Fantastic hospitality from all the team led by Mr Shamz Tabrez at the front desk who took care of everything as we had early check in and a late flight but he sorted everything out with ease, the whole team are a credit to the hotel..     Excellent value for money. First time in Dubai and we werent going to spend much time in the hotel but instead be out and about sight seeing and shopping. So this was the perfect balance in both location as it was close to the metro, the souks and other attractions, but also perfect in terms of value for the facilities we got in respect to the money we paid.Our studio came with a little kitchenette and a washing machine.Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

    It was a comfortable stay indeed. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. We faced a leak in washroom but we were immediately shifted to another room with balcony. As we were in dubai for education conference for just two days, it was a bit inconvenient to check out 5 hrs prior to flight to avoid paying for half day rent charges for apartment. They must accommodate with late check outs too without payment.

    The place is very accessible. I stayed at the apartment for 15 days and the apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean. The staff is very very cooperative and friendly.     Had a very enjoyable for days. The apartments were clean and very well appointed, although the electronic safe was not fixed down in any way(!). The local store was adequate for most supplies. Nice and close to the local metro station to the city.

    Enjoyed our time here. The apartment was comfortable and clean and large. It is really close to the Burjuman mall ( 3 mins walking distance) and this made it easier to get stuff. Its a 2 minute walk to the metro and to a huge shopping mall Smaller local shops and restaurantsall within walking distance.     Rose Garden is conveniently located near the Metro, hop on hop off bus stop and Burjuman shopping mall. There is also a washing machine which was very handy. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher, free tea and coffee, with sugar and cream. Very quiet area, 5 minutes walk to shopping mall, buses and trains. A great place to stay.

    One of the best family friendly hotel apartments to stay in Dubai. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and has the usual conveniences like WiFi, pool access a small gym etc. The location is very close to the Burjuman mall and metro station. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and cafeterias around. The hotel also arrange for airport pickup/drop. Very courteous and cooperative staff.

    Entire staff offered great hospitality ,and had been always attentive to our needs our rooms were kept absolutely clean and tidy we were always greeted by the front desk with smiles and were always eager to help us out on our excursion and booking taxis for us we would like to thank Mr Mubarak who was indeed a very great help especially in handling our young kids and always being extra attentive to our needs we are most thankful to the front desk staff which includes mr Sams and mr Abdul our rooms including bathrooms were spacious swimming pool and sauna were well maintained and our kids enjoyed it location was great and accessible as supermarkets and malls were near it.

    Here is my wonderful experience with this hotel (and Agoda). I have not stayed at the hotel, but I visited some time ago when it was fully occupied. And it gave me a very good impression. Last night when i was planning to stay for 2 nights in Dubai, i searched on agoda for the hotel. Luckily there were rooms available for my dates with good rates, so i booked one. Only this morning i found out that i mistakenly booked for the wrong month. And, for the dates i really wanted the hotel is fully booked. Worse yet, my booking was non-refundable. I called Agodas support asking if it would be possible to discuss with the hotel to get me a refund. Customer care specialist Natalie at agoda patiently helped me with this, and she came back in a couple minutes saying that the hotel management promptly agreed to give me full refund. Here i want to extend my thanks to the hotels management and Agodas Natalie for kindly resolving for my mistake. I will make sure to stay at the hotel in the near future.
