    My December 2024 stay at Savoy Central Hotel Apartments was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The entire team made me feel right at home, and their dedication to guest comfort is commendable. Mr. Avinash went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable, his colleague - Mr. Kirti’s helpful and friendly demeanor truly stood out and added a personal touch to the service. Thanks him 🙏.Ms. Lerma was always available with a cheerful attitude and was incredibly attentive to any requests I had. Mr. Bahwan also deserves praise for his prompt assistance and positive attitude throughout my stay. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping and front desk services were consistently efficient and friendly.The location is ideal, with easy access to transport, metro is about 10 minutes walk, shopping, and dining options. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. The team clearly takes pride in what they do, and it reflects in every detail.     Very kind staff, doing everything possible for a pleasant stay. The shuttle bus is very convenient and the location also as it is close to souks has many affordable eating options nearby as well as a 24/7 super market in the next corner. Would recommend and stay again when visiting Dubai

    Our family stayed at Savoy Central Hotel Dubai for 5 wonderful days, and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, offering comfort and convenience. The hotel boasts excellent facilities that cater to families, making our stay truly enjoyable. One of the standout features was the breakfast—a delicious and varied spread that delighted us every morning.We particularly appreciated the rooms with balconies, as they provided lovely views of the bustling main road. However, it’s worth noting that the traffic noise can extend into late hours, which might be a consideration for light sleepers. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was delightful, and the hotels commitment to quality and service truly shone through. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Dubai!

    We came to Dubai from Hyderabad on a short trip of 7 days .We searched Savoy central studio apartment while searching for a stay and booked through their website.Initially we were little worried about the stay and the facilities here.Today is the last day of our stay and we had an amazing experience.Great studio apartment with all the facilities like... refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, microwave, kettle, Toaster, Induction stove , vessels, crockery, cutlery, iron box, e.t.c...Everything is available here.People at the Reception were very Polite and Supportive .Room service is well maintained by Raj and especially a young boy. we preferred to cook and stay.They provided us the basic things required on request, apart from what they had provided.Room service was amazing.Thank you to the whole Team of Savoy. You made our stay peaceful.

    The hotel is perfect. Mr Hari was our waiter and he was really friendly, he helped us whenever we needed. All the staff was perfect. We really liked the breakfast you can choose from many options. Dinners are also very good. Rooms are clean and the swimming pool is also great. We really recommend this hotel!

    We loved staying here. All the staffs were exceptional. Best customer service. Aravind in house keeping were phenomenal. Humble to earth. Passionate for his job. Highly recommend him.Security, Reception staffs and house keeping Sunil and other workers , and all were really good. They really help you with all the things. Getting stroller to hotel, opening the elevator for you, saying hi and hello whenever they see you. Each and everything they make it appreciable. Room is really comfortable with TV, fridge, microwave, washing machine, utensil etc. I highly recommend this place.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had an absolutely splendid stay at the Savoy Central Hotel in Dubai. The hotel was immaculately clean, and the hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The breakfast menu was superb with a wide range of delicious options to choose from.When we arrived for an early check-in after a long flight, the receptionist graciously invited us to freshen up with a shower at the rooftop swimming pool—such a thoughtful touch that made us feel immediately at ease. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout our stay.Everything we needed was within walking distance, including grocery stores, currency exchange facilities, and a variety of restaurants. The convenience of the location, combined with the excellent hospitality, made our trip to Dubai truly wonderful.Without a doubt, we will be booking again for our next visit!

    A very nice hotel in a good location in the old town. If you prefer exploring the old city and experiencing the culture this hotel is perfect. The staff is super friendly and willing to help with anything. The hotel breakfasts and dinners are nice. For the price this hotel is the best you can get. We enjoyed our stay and one extra thanks to the staff for being so helpful and nice. Special thanks to Hari for being very friendly.

    We stayed in Savoy Central apartment during our trip to Dubai in January 2025. From the moment we stepped in to the hotel to the time we left the hotel, the hotel staff was highly professional and respectful, and made sure we are having the best of times. Mr. Kirti at the front reception gave us an overview of facilities the hotel offers which includes courtesy shuttles to a few nearby locations and was generous and kind to answer all questions we had.The rooms were clean and spacious and had all amenities promised. We were curious to find out that the hotel genuinely encourage living green and sustainability concepts.The hotel is walking distance to old Dubai, we had so much fun walking to old Dubai. And the hotel was close to many street food and restaurants we had a great time. We had no trouble ordering app rental cars to the hotel and felt the hotel is close to the most sought Dubai locations. Highly recommend Savoy Central to anyone who is looking to stay near Old Dubai

    We had a great stay at Savoy Central! The location is very convenient—close to the metro, supermarkets, and within walking distance of the Souq and Al Fahidi Historical District. The parking is good, and the staff is incredibly nice and accommodating.The hotel is baby-friendly, and our apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the variety of breakfast options.The only downside was that the neighborhood can be quite loud at times. Otherwise, it was a great experience, and we would recommend it for a stay in Dubai! 😊

    It was a pleasant stay for us. Room was neat and clean. It was more than enough for two of us. Only issue I felt was too small lift. With full guest and small lift made us wait for some time. Staffs were very polite and very helpful. Check in and check out was very hassle free as we booked via booking.com. If you feel the food is on higher side there are so many restaurants nearby, or you can cook your own meal in your room. They provide all the basic amneties in the kitchenette. They also clean the room daily, and restock the packaged water, coffee, tea, sugar and creamer sachets daily.

    We had great experience at our stay. The hospitality of the staff especially from the reception side, pool area , house keeping and breakfast area are incredible. We appreciate the guidance of Mr. Avinash at the reception. Also, the guy who wear glass, pour the chai/ tea during breakfast is awesome. We love the service of serving tea and coffee at the table. The attached kitchen in the room is very convenient. It is a highlight of the hotel. I wish the hotel will give “ waver signed” process of taking food for baby/ child at breakfast time. We have to wake up the children and baby due to restriction of the hrs.

    Everything was so good! About 10-15 minutes distance tot the metro station. Location was a bit far from the know areas, but taxi wasn’t crazy expensive either.Breakfast was good. The pool was nice! The rooms had a smart TV so you could log in to a lot of streaming platforms. And the shuttle to La Mer beach was a great addition.Special thanks to Avinash (reception) and Kuldeep (housekeeping) they were always so willing to help!

    Hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff is quite helpful, polite and professional. Hotel has enough parking spaces to accommodate parking at any time of day which was quite a relief for me. We were arrived quite late at hotel around midnight due to unexpected prolonged delay at border but staff was ready to welcome us at time of arrival at hotel.Following Few things can be improved in future:1. Hidden charges during booking time as I had to pay additional amount for tax and for accompanied kids with me at check-In time which was surprising for me as I Mentioned age and number of kids during booking.2. We were expecting to have Sahoor buffet instead of regular Breakfast time as we checked-In during Ramadhan so we had to miss 1st day breakfast due to fasting. Hotel management promised us to prepare some meal for Sahoor for next day but fortunately it was EID day so we enjoyed regular breakfast at lobby.3. I had requested to have some gluten free meal for one of my kid for breakfast during booking but unfortunately hotel staff didnt contact me or took any action. We used room kitchen to prepare some gluten free bread for our kid everyday.

    Excellent location for south and north indian food. The hotel staff are polite and courteous.The room has a sewer smell that is coming off the bathroom most probably no ventilation. The water pressure is poor. Previously I stayed at Savoy Crest which was perfect in all aspect.

    We stayed in this hotel for a week. The location is the main thing, which is close to supermarkets, metro station and all shopping areas like meena bazaar. The rooms are clean and all necessary equipments are provided. Only thing is that we had to ask for dental kit, other than that all was there.The breakfast spread was good and staff is friendly. Ketan is a good guy in the restaurant.Overall enjoyed our stay!

    For me it was a very pleasant reunion with Savoy Central which is centrally located in the heart of Bur Dubai (Al Rais), close to Al Fahidi and within walking distance to the Creek with Al Seef and lots more to see and do. The nearest Metro station is Sharaf DG (formerly Al Fahidi) which belongs to the Green line, a few minutes further on, you have BurJuman Metro station (with Red and Green lines) and a large shopping mall with the same name. I can also mention that it is a reasonably short distance to the nearest large Bus Terminal too, Al Ghubaiba. Savoy Central has incredibly good service, the staff are very polite and helpful, I would like to give an extra star to Reshma, Abin and Hari who helped to do that little extra to make my stay incredibly comfortable. The pool manager, as I call him, has been there since 2015 and ensures an incredibly clean and nice pool area on the roof. Apart from some tired wall-to-wall carpets, the hotel is relatively well maintained and very clean. Newer carpets in the room would have given it another star, that is up from 4 to 5. The breakfast is absolutely more than acceptable, and if you contact the staff and let them know about allergies, they will arrange this in an incredibly good way - for me, I have to have gluten-free, I ate very good gluten-free food every morning.. A small disappointment was that it was very loud sound from nearby mosques - at least from where I stayed, so now, during Ramadan, there were a lot of long calls to prayer from 2 or 3 nearby mosques, perfectly fine during the day, but it became somewhat disturbing late in the evening and especially at night. But - the conclusion is that a new visit is definitely possible and I have no problem recommending the hotel warmly.

    Stayed there for 10 long days in Feb with family and loved every bit of it. This is one of the best if not the best in the area(Bur Dubai). I would recommend always book bed n breakfast. Their breakfast menu, variety, taste is amazing. located near by airport and lot of major things are nearby.There are many restaurants around this property and pure veg is also available with good taste and variety.Service and amenities is are top notch. I would go ahead say that book this hotel without a doubt. They are free shuttle to Dubai outlet Mall from Savoy greens another branch close by. You can get to Gold Souk with 1 AED through ferry from dubai creek(Walkable from this hotel, 10 mins). Just in front there is a south indian restaurant with juice and chai corner beside it.Highly recommend it, and its not a paid review.

    We stayed at Savoy Central Hotel for a week. The rooms were comfortable, but there was loud music coming from outside late into the night, especially for the rooms located at the back of the hotel. Of course, this is beyond the hotel’s control, but it can be bothersome for light sleepers.The staff were always smiling and very helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel was spotless, and the rooftop pool was a pleasant and relaxing feature.The food was simple but lacked variety over the course of seven days. That said, the outstanding service from Sachin Kumar, Abin, and Hari truly stood out. Their friendliness and attention to detail made meals much more enjoyable.Overall, this is a clean and well-managed hotel with excellent service. A bit more variety in the menu and improved soundproofing would enhance the experience even further.

The location is great with 24/7 access to supermarkets and restaurants just 1-2 minutes walk away, and the free shuttle service to the beach was a nice bonus.     Our stay at Savoy CentralDecember 20242 adults, 1 childStudioCheck-in and check-out were a breeze.We want to express our commendation for one of the Reception Staff, Lerma and the others around her the time we checked in.We were assisted by the Filipino staff Lerma. She made sure everything was in order before she left her shift. We asked that the sofa bed be ready for our child when we come back. We requested an additional towel and slippers and they brought them to us instantly.The room was large and there are plenty of storage for clothes and other stuff. We cooked our own breakfast and did laundry. There are 24-hours supermarkets around the hotel and we bought the breakfast items, even detergent as we needed them. The room provides a clothes rack for drying the laundry, too!The appliances and furniture are not so new but of excellent condition for functionality. It was like living in your own home. We managed to install and uninstall the sofa bed without help from the staff.Cleanliness was tops.The bed linen quality was superb.Sleep was sound especially for our child. However, I am a light sleeper and got bothered by a motor humming sound (I don’t know if it was the AC?) and the neighbor room using the bathroom can be heard too. Our bed was away from the corridor so we couldn’t hear the hallway noise as much.The hotel is 10 minutes walk to the Sharaf DG Metro (green line) and you just need to transfer to Burjuman (red line) and commuting was so easy. The bustling community with shops, supermarkets mostly open for 24 hours made the street sufficiently lit at night for pedestrians.There was a pool, a gym, sauna, but we never got to use them. Maybe next time!The hotel’s location is very convenient and safe. We will stay again in this hotel-apartment.

    A hotel located in old dubai ie bur dubai. It has all the amenities which one would want in a property it has gym sauna swimming pool. The rooms are near and clean the staff is courteous and polite service is prompt. Location is ideal for some who are there for shopping or some are on a budget. There are quite a few indian restaurant nearby and couple of supermarket all your food and groceries needs are taken care of. Food delivery is also allowed by the hotel so you can call food from other places as well. This being our first international trip would love to thank them for making my stay a memorable one. Majority staff are indian a big plus as well.A special mention to avinash and team thanks a ton for your help guidance support to make it worth while.

    Had amazing stay, everyone is so humble and always greeted us with big smile.Any issues or concerns were addressed quickly.The breakfast is good and has lot of options.Check in was done early and on my request they allowed some extra time for check out.The location is in the heart of bur dubai, lots of super markets and restaurants are within in walk it distance(3-5mins).I would definitely recommend this hotel.

    Very nice hotel apartment located in the older part of Dubai, a walking distance to the historical part located by the Dubai Creek. Clean, modern, functional, safe, well equipped apartment. Friendly staff. Free parking in the garage for your car. Efficient WiFi. Pool on the roof with the view on the Burj Khalifa. Close to the airport. Good choice if you are just beginning to discover Dubai and are looking for a place to stay that is well located and well priced. Strongly recommend.     We stayed at Savoy Central Hotel Apartments for 4 nights 5 days and we had a pleasant stay. 1. Kitchenette is very useful if you want to cook basic stuff and have small kid especially. Only we found the knob a bit weird. 2. Rooms are quite spacious and good. 3. Breakfast was also good at the hotel and chef prepared jain options also. 4. Hotel is 15 mins walk to Meena Bazar and has nearby good restaurants and shopping hypermarket also. 5. We had our sons bday so hotel staff celebrated in a very short span of time with balloons and cake. Hotel staff is very good and friendly so i would recommend this hotel for anyone who is planning for stay in Dubai.

    I normally dont leave reviews for hotels, but for this one I want to make an exemption.Stayed here with my family for 5 nights. Staff have been amazing: front desk, security, in the coffee shop, at the pool and the housekeeping. All were smiling, friendly and helpful. They were also great with my young kids.The room was spacious and clean. The beds were great as was breakfast. The pool was a good place to cool down after spending some hours in the city. The view of the skyline is also great. A huge supermarket is located next to the hotel and using a taxi you could be in Old Dubai or New Dubai within 15 minutes for just a few Euros.Yes, there are many 5* luxury hotels in Dubai and Savoy Central isnt one of them, but the experience they gave us felt like a 5* hotel to us. We can definitely recommend this hotel for your visit to Dubai!

    A straight forward to the point hotel with sustainability feeling visible from the start. Clean smart settings with a comfortable lounge and restaurant, stayed in a suite room with all facilities needed including ironing board and kitchenette fridge and microwave, spacious cupboards and very comfortable double bed.Service was also very good with Ajay and his colleague (I cant recall his name ) being very prompt and completing the checkin and explanations, the security guiding us to the hotel parking which is free.Ordered room service most days apart from one day when I had the breakfast buffet at an affordable rate of 40aed. The room rates were very competitive and full value for money, Hari and Raj at the restaurant and room service were very attentive and maintained good conversation without being too intrusive just the way classy service should be. Overall a very good experience and would recommend for someone who likes practical and economical environment which just works perfectly. No complains at all during my five day stay .

    We spent 7 nights in the hotel and our experience is awesome! From the first day staff was making everything to ensure pleasant stay in the hotel. After first night they checked whether we like our room and we sad that it is a but noisy (noise from the street) so they immediately offered another room at higher floor. Room was very clean and well equiped. Hotel was well organized - shuttle to beach, breakfast, dinner, swimming pool etc and everything worked perfectly.     Salam Everyone,Last year July-August i went to dubai and have visited this hotel with my family. Unfortunately i didn’t write a review at the time because i was really busy. 😅 But now i have the time. First off id like to say how amazing The staff was it was probably the best service i’ve had! The staff were friendly and gave a welcome gift to 2 of my little siblings which was helpful ! The room service was fast, the food was nice and so much more. I think my favourite bit of the holiday was going to the pool with my family. I thought it would be boiling but allhamdulilah they had air conditioner which made it so relaxing 😌 . A big up is that it was a rooftop pool and had view of burj khalifa . They also had free bus to La Mer beach everyday. Although i don’t like La Mer Beach i loved the time spent with family! But there is one thing i don’t like about the hotel; The location. When i arrived i had low expectations because of the area but fortunately the hotel exceeded them. So the only downside is the location but the rest is 10/10! Thank you for a memorable summer 23’!

    The most attractive thing was the staff. I loved the way they treated us, especially the attention. They are very very and very professional.     We spent 6 nights meanwhile and still 3 to come. The afore mentioned service is breathtaking, the staff does REALLY All to make your stay comfortable and nice. Each member of the staff is very polite, obliging and behaves very gentle to all citizens worldwide they welcome. Breakfast is not that various for European citizens but you are not going to the east to have your well known cheese and sausage bread. It is very much Indian orientated but thats not a negative anyway.Our little princess had some accident during night, the next day everything was well cleaned and brought back in order. In general the housekeeping does everything very clean it appears. The even did our dishes again (we booked an apartment) although we cleaned them already. The in-house parking lot is a great deal as well when you want to rent a car as you always have a secured parking place to use - no need to search for.Besides that, you will find everything you need in close area. Pharmacy, super market... Everythings there. The also give you hints for delivery service and call you when arrived.Finally the pool on the top our Kidz love the most is superb since there is even a separate, but close pool for kiddies with 0.7m depth. So no worries, you can enjoy some time in the sun and let the kiddies do. Theres also always a staff member present to serve with new towels etc.The only issue which blures the rating is the loudness from the streets. If you have a good sleep, it is not a big deal (5th floor). Ask for an opposite to 5jr street apt. and it will do!

    I booked this hotel stay from Makemytrip, hotel is clean and facilities are also very good for the price.All staff is very cooperative and very helpful.In-house restaurant is also good and serves very good breakfast.Location is not very upmarket, but very near to Metro station and surrounded by restaurants and malls.I will definitely recommend it to budget travelers and families.

    Great spot in a bustling, locals area. Really nice and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, close to bus stops and metro station. We had three days and were easily able to see most of the cool parts of Dubai via public transport using Savoy Central as our base.     We stayed here for 4 nights on the beginning of our honeymoon. We arrived at 4:30-5am and they let us do the check in, which we really appreciate.Location is really great, 5min ride from Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa, Dubai mall…/2 min ride or 10min walk from Deira, Al seef…/Huge supermarkets nearby, local as well as international as Carrefour, with really acceptable prices. There’s also plenty of restaurants and lots of people around all the time, which may make you feel quite uncomfortable as a tourist but is actually one of the charmings of this area.Cleaning is impresive, everything is cleaned everyday and really take care of the details.Facilities as pool, gym…. Are nice; breakfast is good value for money, and make yourself a favour, make sure you try Date Delices!!!And last but not least, all of the stuff was super kind and friendly. They helped us with everything we needed and always with a smile on their face.100% recommend this apartments!

    I had a lovely stay here. Rooms are big and very spacious with small kitchen inside. The staff was super good and extremely courteous. They made my stay very easy. During my entire stay I had peace of mind and amazing feeling of staying in a good place. They have good spread of breakfast. Many options for vegetarians too. Very centrally located to go to many places in Dubai. Highly recommended from my side!

    Central Dubai location, close to everything. Staff always went above and beyond. The street noise was unbearable the 1st morning, I was promptly moved to a quieter room without any issues.     Our family had a very lovely stay at Savoy central. I stayed here with my husband and small daughter for a week and a half, and all the staff were exceptional every day. We had a lovely balcony view of the main street Al rolla Street, which was interesting to see the busy local city life. All the staff were extremely hospitable, and a huge thank you to Saraj and Joseph and the lovely staff at the restaurant and reception for your consistent remarkable hospitality.The location of the hotel is very central, the amenities the hotel offers are very convenient, including a spacious gym , wonderful rooftop pool, and a separate ladies and gents sauna and steam room with shower also. The breakfast buffet is delicious every day, with lots to choose from and a variety of different foods. Lovely restaurant menu also with wonderful cocktail drinks at great prices which are great to sip poolside.Parking is very convenient in a spacious parking garage, and the central location is near many restaurants and salons which makes walking very easy.The hotel is very kid friendly, and the staff welcomed our daughter with a toy on arrival and free popcorn and ice cream in the evenings with the special kid promotion. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable for us, with impeccable kindness and courtesy. Thank you so much to all the savoy staff for making our stay so memorable.     Savoy Central hotel is situated in Bur Dubai and its very close to the very famous Meena bazar and the best thing is that the Airport is hardly 20 minutes from here. You will get many restaurants and cafes nearby. Now come to the service, the Staff of the hotel was very helpful and kind. We really enjoyed their service. I just loved their breakfast menu, everyday they served different types of cuisine. my only motivation for getting up was their breakfast.Good location, great hospitality, yummy food and a comfortable stay at the reasonable price.

    Rooms are neat and tidy. Space is little bit less but overall rooms and washrooms are very elegant. They have provided many facilities in the room which includes central Air conditioning, Water Heater, Water Bottles, Fridge , Oven, Sandwich Toaster , Washing Machine, Hot Plates for cooking. And this facility also includes Gym, Swimming Pool, Sauna etc. Restaurants and Super Stores are nearby, DG Sheraf Metro Station is 900 Meters away from the facility.     We stayed at the Savoy Central for 4 nights (10th-13th April) before joining our cruise. The location is in an older part of the city but has easy access to the metro system so nothing is too far away. The rooms (small apartments really) are spacious, very well equipped, and spotlessly clean. Wed only booked a standard room but after our first night managed to get an upgrade to a balcony room which was excellent and the changeover was handled very efficiently. So far so good but Ive saved the best until last. The staff here are superb. It wouldnt be fair to single out any individual because all of them, reception, housekeeping, security, and restaurant, are ALL first class. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to book at the Savoy again.

    Staff was very friendly, very helpful and reactive. Rooms are spacious, equipped, which is handy when you want to cook. The pool has a spectacular view over the city, it was clean and big enough for swimming. Location is good, just 10 minutes of walk to the Old Town. Metro station is far - 15 minutes green line, 25 minutes red line. The only thing we would appreciate is a bottle of water every day, which is a standard in all hotels. This stay was worth the money and very enjoyable. Thank you very much.

    Thank you Savoy for the great experience! Staff were really knowledgeable and approachable and the hotel was clean at all times. Additional praises to Lerma, the breakfast staff and the cleaning staff on level 1 for their wonderful service! They were really accommodating and were very friendly to my kids too. The rooms were always kept clean and common areas were well managed too. The breakfast menu was always changing and throughout the days of breakfast that we had, they never had the same full spread ever, which was fun cause the differences could be from any cuisine- waffles, eggs, sausages, bread and fruits were more or less constant. But they had different dishes on different days such as spaghetti, poha, upma, dhokla, Mac n cheese etc. Additionally, the hotel is situated in an ideal location with 24 hours eateries nearby and supermarkets beside. Hotel had a carpark below for convenient car parking too. Swimming pool was good too, they had life jackets and buoys readily available.

    Second visit to The Savoy Central and a warm welcome from the charming and professional Sharlene. The room was well equipped and spotlessly clean and maintained everyday by Rambhau to a very high standard. Breakfast was fantastic everyday and we were well looked after by Joseph. The pool, gym and sauna were all kept to a very high standard. Every member of staff were helpful and friendly and we look forward to returning next year.

    We had a fantastic stay at Savoy Central. Great rooms, great hospitality, great Wifi. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay on Rolla Street. Special mention to the Resident Manager Reshma Almeida, the reservation staff Ahmed, Alfred, Avinash, housekeeping staff Ganesh and others (I do not know the names of everyone!). There are many restaurants nearby, including good options for Indian food. The street also has a few super markets. The hotel is at a convenient location.

    The hotel apt is not new but well maintained. Picture of hotel exterior is different from actual. Mattress was good. Surrounded by food, pharmacy, laundry and supermarket. But things there are quite pricely. Its quite a walk to the nearest Al Raffa bus stop(6min) or to Al Ghubaiba metro(15min).Our room was on 3rd level and facing the road so you can imagine the honking at night.Unsure if my room was cleaned thoroughly cos i purposely drop a name card and ribbon under the table but wasnt pick up when the room was cleaned.Overall the staff was friendly, accomodating and helpful.
