    I recently had the pleasure of staying at Savoy Suites, and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of perfect.     Loved this hotel! My sisters, a friend, and I stayed here for five days, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The staff were incredibly friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. There are many shops within walking distance of the hotel, including a foreign exchange office, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!

    We had a great stay at Savoy Suites Dubai during our trip! The hotel is well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a great choice for both short and long stays.One of the biggest advantages is its proximity to a supermarket, which makes it convenient for any essentials. The hotel staff is exceptional—very courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. Daily cleaning service ensures a fresh and tidy room every day.While the metro station is about a 15-minute walk, it can be a bit challenging if youre traveling with family and small kids. We found that taking a taxi was the best option for getting around comfortably.Overall, Savoy Suites Dubai offers a great stay with excellent service, and we would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for a well-located and well-managed hotel in Dubai!

    HiThe service is good but there was still a lack of dishes and the carpet was a little damp and the room I was given was dark in a country that is still sunny all day long.The hotel has taken some wear and tear and is not quite like the photos that seem to have been photoshopped.The staff is very friendly and attentive to customers with always a smile and kindness.The area remains dense and a little less clean than the others but well served by transport and supermarkets.In the end, the value for money is still interesting.

    We are frequent travelers and this is by far One of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. We stayed for 7 days and it was just so seamless! The rooms were huge! Bed was so comfortable. Pool was so clean. Staff were so accommodating and courteous. Location was outstanding! This hotel definitely left a mark in our hearts.     Savoy suite apartment hotel is very well located and is within walking distance to supermarket. The room is spacious, clean and have good lighting. Breakfast is always smell with fresh dishes. Staff are marvelous and willing to explain in details to our queries. There no complaint to the room facilities because they are first class and all utensils provided are clean and well kept. I would like to give a five star for the hotel service and cleanliness.I would like to come back again after next year with more friends.

    It was a pretty amazing stay. We stayed for 5 nights. The rooms are (junior suite) was sufficiently large with a drawing cum dining area and a bed with a movable partition. The bathroom was also quite spacious. The pools is also good. Location is good for couples and solo travellers. But if traveling with small kids then going to the metro is a little bit tiring with a walk of around 850meters. Cabs are readily available on the main road. Breakfast spread is very good. The staff are amazing. Smiling and helpful. Would highly recomend!

    The location is fantastic, just a 15-minute walk to the metro station where the city’s two main lines intersect. Our stay from December 12–16 was perfect—the room exceeded expectations, the staff were wonderful, and they even left a thoughtful surprise for my birthday, which made it extra special. I’ll be visiting Dubai often and will definitely choose this hotel again—thank you to the amazing staff!

With a few adjustments, it could be even better!

    Exceptional rooms and service. Apartment has everything, you name it its there. Location is near to metro 1 km. Manar was excellent in service. He made our day special every day.     It was a pleasant stay at Savoy Suites Hotel Apartment. The rooms were spacious, kitchenette is loaded with option to add utensils on need, perfect for families with infants.     Overall a very good stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained with very proactive and very helpful staff. The hospitality starts right when the taxi stops in front of the hotel. We got a person to help us with the luggage, we also got welcome drinks while the receptionist was checking us in. The rooms are very big and well furnished.     The apartments are well-equipped and decently-sized. Service was exceptional, with efficient and courteous staff showing professionalism at what they do. Would like to particularly mention Manar, who was always there, ever-willing to help with a smiling face. Location is good too, with accessible public transport and local shopping places. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, so unable to review.

    Mr paul and his team were very friendly and the process of checking in went smoothly. The hotel is located on Mankhool Road, Bur Dubai. The beds were big and comfy. The suites are full equipped. The breakfast was good. A live station for the eggs as well. Supermarket is a 5-10min walk away.

    Weve been at Savoys already 2 times in 2023 and 2024 and enjoyed our stay every time. Tasty breakfast (with separate Indian cuisine), shuttle bus to La Mer beach (and i think to Dubai Moll as well, but we didnt need it). Preis for the apartments is also great. Outside view was stunning, it was Diwali festival time and buildings were all shiny because of garlands. Very friendly personal. Especially we want to mention Manar, he recognised us on 2nd arrival (that was very very pleasing and warming) and was very helpful all the time we stayed there. When we visit Dubai next time, we definitely going to book Savoys.

    Had a comfortable stay here in Savoy Suites, Bur Dubai. The staff was very polite and helpful especially Mr. Manar and 2 guys in the restaurant staff (don’t remember their names. One of them is from Mumbai). The room was spacious, having a separate bed for kids. It had a well equipped kitchen and a washing machine as well. The hotel is around 1 km away from Sharaf DG and BurJuman metro stations, and 1.5 km from Meena Bazaar. There is also a supermarket at a 2 minute walking distance.The bathing area in the bathroom was a little small without proper stoppage for water flowing towards the wash basin and cupboard inside tge bathroom.The breakfast spread could have been better for vegetarians, maybe they should add at least one live option for dosa/paratha etc.The gym is just for namesakeThe hotel has a roof top swimming pool and jacuzzi with a proper shade.The hotel provides complimentary high tea between 4 to 5 pm.They also offer pick up and drop to La Mer beach but the timings should have been either early morning or in the evening.All in all, it was a good stay for us.

    I spent 9 weeks at the hotel and really enjoyed my stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I cannot fault them one bit. Lovely rooftop pool to cool down and relax.The rooms are a little dated, but nothing major to complain about. Housekeeping does a superb job and the rooms are spotless. Cleanliness was a big concern for me before coming, but they gave me nothing to worry about.Location is good if you like Bur Dubai. Close to two Metro stations. But be aware that this area has lots of cards with images of nearly-nude women scattered around the streets. More appear every few days. Its quite unsuitable from that perspective for families, children and people of a conservative background. I must stress that this is no fault whatsoever of the hotels.

    Great place to stay in dubai. Its easily accessible having a supermart nearby. Apart from location staff is very courteous and helpful specially the reception desk including sanket, Sharlene and Avinash . They guided us properly and made our stay pleasant.     Very nice location in center of Bur dubai. Available pure veg breakfast with good options. Around 700 m from Burjuman metro interchange, which is walking. Room is spacious in studio apartment style with small kichen to cook, washing machine , microvave, toaster, bathtub etc. Staff is really supportive . We took their hwlp to break 500 aed into small multiples and then supported everytime.Availabilty of taxi at hotel lobby with Careem app in just 5mins saves lot of time.Day to day shopping store nearby hotel (Dubai price competitve store) , Punjabi pure veg by Amritsar (Excellent punjabi Kulchaa) at a walking distance 700 m only from hotel.

    Savoy at 12A St - Al Mankhool - Dubai, is nicely located with many go-to places around for daily needs, shopping, including 2 metro stations at walking distance and its proximity to Airport. Many Indian restaurants (Punjab, Al-Prasada, Amritsar) around and you can enjoy authentic Indian food. :-)Hotel-Staff is very-cooperative and they promptly assisted one of my colleagues, by arranging an exceptional commuting-request.Equally worth mentioning is their Hotel-room-service.     This was my third stay at the hotel. For someone who visits only once a year, I have to say that the staff remembered and welcomed me. I forgot to request a balcony room and had messaged them prior to my arrival. The response initially was that balcony rooms had a different (higher) tariff and I would need to cancel my booking and rebook the balcony room. It was just a couple of days prior to my arrival and I didnt wish to lose the room so didnt re-book. At check in I was pleasantly surprised that they had indeed given me a room with a balcony which I thoroughly enjoyed. My departing flight was at 03.30 in the morning and I requested a late check out. I thought that they may just give me an extra hour, but they extended it to 4pm.I expect another visit in 2024 and will re-book at the the Savoy Suites. The location and comfort of the property are excellent. Best of all is the staff. Professional, courteous and always ready to help. I highly recommend this property.

    Stayed at Savoy Suites Apartments Hotel for almost a week. It was a great experience in all aspects. Standards of service was excellent, warm, professional and courteous. Cleanliness of high standard. All staff from Reception, Waiters and Housekeeping were great.A note of special appreciation for Partha of Housekeeping, extremely responsible and a wonderful person.     Great hotel for the price. Spacious parking available and the rooms are well equipped and spacious. Nothing was too much for the helpful staff members. We stayed with our two young children & they got quite sick, we needed the room cleaned in the middle of the night.     Was here earlier this month (June 2024). The staff is very friendly and helpfull. We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. I really recommend this hotel when you visit Dubai. There are supermarkets nearby and there is a metrostation 5 minutes away from the hotel. They also provide shuttle service to the beach and mall. When I ever go to Dubai again, I will stay at this hotel again.

Location wise, the hotel is away from any market or restaurants, so would have to take a cab out. The Savoy Central property of the same group is better located due to nearby restaurants and markets.

    Amazing! The place is quite well located with metro station, shops, supermarket, outlet, bank, at a walking distance. Cleanliness of the rooms, very nice and helpful staff! The Suite is comfortable to accommodate a small family. The breakfast buffet has variety to offer and has not been the same during all our stay. We used to get out late from the room, but room service has been adjusting to our schedule everyday. Bonus, free ice cream for kids! They enjoyed! I strongly recommend. Thank you for hosting us!

    As we were in Dubai for a family get-together, we had booked 4 rooms for different dates. Prakash and his team did a fantastic job by ensuring we got all the 4 rooms next to each other. Hospitality was top notch. The room was kept very clean - great attention to detail by the house keeping staff. Nice and peaceful location.We had come over to celebrate my 40th birthday. It was very sweet of the hotel staff to celebrate my birthday in the lobby with cake and balloons. Lobby was well decorated with Xmas tree & decorations. There is a pool on roof terrace.     Location is steps to all the malls and food and grocery. The hotel is clean! The staff are great! Breakfast is good enough to start the morning. We chose this hotel because of the washer/dryer. We just finished our tour from Egypt and we didn’t have enough clothes to last us another 9 days. The dryer in our room was just a spin and didn’t dry our clothes, we just hunger them and not a big deal. They would store your luggage if you check-out and your flight is later.

    I have stayed there for 6 nights, since i was travelling with my infant so preferred to have an apartment booked where i could get basic amenities like washing machine, microwave etc. It doesn’t give yiu a feel of an apartment rather it’s more like a hotel only. The staff was very good and cooperative throught our stay. Breakfast options were good. Just one suggestion to the hotel management to provide 1 water bottle on daily basis rather than giving just once on your arrival. You can also buy water bottles at cheaper rate from nearby DaytoDay supermarket rather than buying from hotel.

    First time visiting Dubaï, we wanted to be specifically in this area as its known be called the old Dubai. We also wanted a kitchenette in the room with a really useful washing machine. Room and bathroom were cleaned every day. The only downside is that there was a really strong sewage smell in the room, even outside the lift. I thought by opening the window for a while it would go away but it didnt. I dont know if the smell came from the air conditioning but it really bothered me as I have asthma and it was not convenient. I really wanted to notify this issue at the reception but as we were out most of the day, my husband convinced me to let it go. Other than that I really liked this hotel, the staff were curtuous and helpful. Its located near a supermarket, a nice shopping centre and different places to eat out. Also its not far from the airport so for all these reasons, we will come back to it next time we visit Dubai in the future. We tried the pool as well and it was nice as we were alone using it with my children. Thank you Savoy Suites

    I spent 10 days at the hotel and it was one of my , most memorable experience. My eldest son had a surprise birthday cake while we were at the hotel. The members of staff pay so much attention to details and always want to ensure that guest are safe and comfortable.     As an American world traveler, I must say that the service provided at Savoy Suites was probably the best I’ve experienced in all my travels, not taking into an account a negative encounter with another guest.I stayed there for a month, and the staff was great! When my daughter and I arrived, Charlene came to the room with us and showed us all the amenities and asked did we have any questions. Thank you.Housekeeping made sure we didn’t need to ask for anything. The first time I didn’t have to ask for tissue. Thank you.Paul, the manager, helped alleviate my concerns with the guest in Room 409, who kept playing his music loud (and was very rude to me when I asked him to turn it down, stating that he had been there for 3 years). Paul offered me an upgrade and free breakfast, which had a wide selection of appetizing foods. Shubham also tried to help me with the issue with the rude guest in Room 409. Thank you.Also, when my daughter got sick, they gave us a complimentary health kit. Thank you.As for the location, it is conveniently located to many ethnic restaurants and also the metro. The downside of the location is that there are many pornographic ‘massage’ cards/flyers strewn all over the ground for blocks throughout Bur Dubai. You see them as you walk here and there. Savoy Suites was diligent in making sure the cards were removed from in front of their property. Thank you.Lastly, the property looked great! Completely renovated. Everything new and clean.

Wonderful ,enjoyable days 7 days spend in this Awsome Hotel.We planned our short Eid holidays to be well spend and we choose this hotel , My fiancé made the booking for me ,my little nephew and niece.We were welcomed and very well assissted by Mr.prakash at the front desk ,kids were made to sit for while we finished the Hotel process while then the kids where entered with ice creams and cookies and gifts also given to them and we were given refreshment drinks .Mr.prakash made all our arrangements has advised we were upgraded as per our Booking levels apart from that Prakash also did his best to put us to the top floor of Hotel were we can see the views and we were given balcony since my fiance requested.The staff assisted to bring all our baggage to our room.Rooms were classic cool well maintained clean kids were very happy as soon as they entered they had to see all around jumping on beds and preparing themselves to go to the pool .Top floor was their swimming pool kids and we too enjoyed ourselves in sauna in that hot water felt like a relaxationWe chose to munch most of the food from outside but still tired their hot brownie with ice cream and their biryani too it was tasty and yum.Next, we were already advised the breakfast timingsWe enjoyed their breakfast it was a mixture of English & South indian breakfast we enjoyed all was good tasted well and fine .Kids were given a special card in hands till their stay they can visit by evening to enjoy their evening snack and ice creams it was only for kids for their entertainment.We planned our stay for just 3 days but my nephew and niece forced my fiance that they want to continue more 4 days cos they enjoyed in this Hotel👍 & prakash made our further arrangements with any hassel we continued our stay for whole 7 daysMe and my fiance visited their Gym for our excercise routine while kids were jumping in pool and enjoying their juices and hot chocolate served there itself at pool.Breakfast 👌Food provided in their hotel not included need to be paid which is also tasty Good 👍Gym and swimming 🏊‍♂️ super awesome...We thank to one of their manger on duty prested on that particular day we faced some issue which was sorted out perfectly 👏Our complete stay was fabulous 👌Go for it....❤️

    The hotel has a great location nearby the metro station. The staff is kind and helpful, but you have to ask if you need anything. Weve asked to change the room for the one with the balcony and theyve done it for us. Late checkout was provided with no extra charge. The washing machine in the room was very handy.Downsides: the hot tub was not functioning all the time. The sauna time was till 8pm (it was till 11pm on the site).

    The stay was really nice. They have a very friendly and supportive staff. I booked a Studio Suite with City view, but on arrival I requested a room with balcony and instantly they just changed my room. Special thanks to Mr Aman Verma for his support.     It’s a nice hotel for a family to spend relaxing and peaceful days . We have been staying here for the past 3 months, (you read it correct) for the past 3 months and it definitely feels like a home because all the staffs make it worth while .     We stayed here for 6 nights. The location is good on a prime location in Bur Dubai. Everything is close to the hotel, metro 10-12 minutes walk, supermarket 3 minutes walk and you can get a taxi easily outside the hotel. Staff was very good and our check-in was hassle free. Though the room was not ready when we reached and had to wait in the lobby for some time. Room was good enough for 3 people with one master bed and one side bed. We took the room with kitchenette and everything was there as mentioned. Cleaning staff was great as they kept the room super clean all the days!!Gave four stars coz they provided only one mineral water bottle at the time of arrival even though we stayed for 6 nights.Overall a good experience and will recommend!!!

    Well maintained hotel, clean rooms. Exactly as seen in the pictures. Room has a king size bed and a sofa cum bed. There us a collapsible door in between, which helps it make 2 rooms at night, each has a seperate TV. The only thing that could be better in it was AC in the king size bed section once the collapsible door is closed, it didnt cool the section that well. Kitchen utensils are limited but enough for short stay. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Gym and pool are good. Staff is very polite and helpful.If you are going to use taxi for your commute then it is very convenient. For metro it is 10 minutes walk, depending on the climate/temperature it may be less or more tiresome.

The rooms were super comfortable with kitchenette, washing machine and other amenities. Trust me, its a super money saver if you have all these in your room.View outside was not much because I got rooms on the back side , no balcony.Pool area is well maintained and jacuzzi is also there. Though a small space but very enjoyable. Breakfast is very good and has a good menu ( Veg/non Veg) , Indian too.Free bus service provided to nearest beach.Staff- Extremely helpful, polite and superb at their job. Hotel arranged a surprise cake cutting for my son too. Everyone was so kind , special shoutout to Arfat, Ramesh ( Swimming area), Subhash, Niteen and all.Location - Its very near to airport ( 15-20 mins by car) and burj Khalifa , dubai frame too. Restraunts, supermarkets, metro station are also near by.Please note that one complementary water bottle per room is provided on the day of arrival only.     The check-in , even though it was at 1am, was effortless - Sachin was at the helm and welcoming. Throughout the stay, they offered several instances of reflecting an excellent service culture - always attentive (loved how everyone in the team holds their hand to their heart to greet), able to understand any request at the first instance, offered solutions. The rooms were well appointed, spacious and very clean. The furniture too was well maintained.     We had a wonderful staycation. This is one of the best 4 star hotels weve stayed. The rooms are spacious and clean. They have jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms, and gym facilities which is really good. They gave free coffee with Biscuits and popcorn for the kids from 4 to 5 pm. Birthday surprise for the celebrant. The staff are amazing they have this simple gesture of touching their chest, after talking to them, like a sign of thank you and respect which I really appreciate. I would like to mention all staff for making our staycation wonderful from the reception Ms. Jessa and Arfat, the lifeguard Mr. Ramesh, the waiters Glenn and Sujay, the housekeeping and Mr. Prakash.     This was our first visit to Dubai and the entire staff of Savoy hotel and apartments was so humble and warm towards us. The hotel was neat and clean with rooms being spacious and close proximity to local restaurants. I would like to give a special shout out to Sujoy F&B manager to take such good care of our food requirement and going above and beyond to comfort us especially when my toddler was unwell. Sujoy simplicity and humble approach towards all the guest is highly appreciated and that’s what further leads to happy guest who would keep coming back to Savoy in future as well..     Very nice hotel. The service is great thanks to all of the staff there who work like a family really. I cannot remember all the names, Burkash, Manar and all of them were really great. Very close to Burjuman metro station and mall. And the complimentary shuttle buses to Dubai outlet mall and to Lamer beach each weekend is really great. The hotel also provides complimentary shuttle buses to Burjuman station every 15 minutes in the morning which is only 10 minutes walking. One more thing, the breakfast is really nice. Great friendly hotel.

    Breakfast is good but the options can be increased daily to give customers variety. The wifi wasnt too stable & strong. We had to complain about it to the manager, though he sent the technical guy to check it out. Generally the hotel requires a total facelift. The apartment appliances are becoming outdated.But the greatest asset of Savoy Suites is their staff.     Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The breakfast was also very good. There is Mr. Prakash Who is always there to guide you about the city and will tell to go places in dubai. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible. there is Mr. Nitish to bring delicious food to you. There is a spa, gym and spa where one can go and relax.     Overall good. Kind and understanding staff. Smoking smell /odour needs to be eliminated. Sofa bed needs to be cleaned properly to remove odour and maintained properly to remove the squeaky noise from the springs. Wardrobe in bathroom is not good due to steam /mist after shower affecting the clothes in the wardrobe.
