We enjoy our stay here. The room is huge, the pool is clean. The restaurant is amazing. The food is delicious and the people around are so friendly and nice. specially the Filipino chef Mr. Rodolfo and the table cleaner Hassan. Chef loves to talk to their guest to feel welcomed and more enjoyed!

I had a wonderful experience with the housekeeping service provided by Housekeeper nikhil. They were punctual, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. Every room was cleaned thoroughly — from dusting and vacuuming to bathroom sanitizing and kitchen cleaning. They even went above and beyond by organizing small areas that were cluttered.What really stood out was their attention to the little things: clean baseboards, streak-free mirrors, and a fresh, pleasant scent throughout the home without any overpowering chemical smell. The cleaner was respectful of my space and took great care when handling personal items.I truly appreciate the care and pride they put into their work. A wonderful hotel, we arrived before the agreed time and they were kind enough to provide one for our convenience, the stay was incredible, the rooms were very clean and organized, spacious, it has various options such as single rooms and other spacious rooms with a living room and laundry room, the room service was very good, the food was varied and good quality, we were very pleased with our stay. It is very close to the airport which makes your arrival easier and for us that was perfect because we laughed at that. For my family, the most favorite thing we enjoyed was their reservations bureau, a kind and attentive man who prepared all our trips around the city and visits to the attractions, with incredible prices, highly recommend this hotel 🏨, it is perfect. It also has a free shuttle service to the beach and the nearest mall which is fantastic. Thanks to the entire work group at this hotel, we will definitely repeat our visit. You are doing very well.

Very courteous and caring staff members.The apartment was fantastic, great & pleasant. Everyday the housekeepers tidy up the place. Lydia and her colleagues have great attention to detail with full dedication. They are very kind and sweet.The location of this hotel is right next to Al Qiyadah metro station 🚉 which is extremely helpful, specially during this period of the year when the heat 🔥 is in the air! Nearly 50 degrees celsius! You have local shops around.Highly recommended!

I don’t know why but in Dubai good food is hard to come by, I’m not talking about premium restaurants I’m talking about restaurants that actually sell delicious food. Most good places are either too expensive or cheap but uses too much chemicals to enhance the taste. So this Ramadan I was literally searching “Delicious Iftar near me” and M.Studio popped up I saw that all the reviews were talking about the taste being amazing at a good price and decided to try it out. And I have to say I was impressed, while it feels like the team is a little under staffed the food makes up for it by leaps and bounds. Everything felt fresh, clean and well prepared. The Salads were so good, the main dishes didn’t have too much variety but the 12 to 16 items they had were top notch. Kudos to chefs and the kitchen team as kept bringing and refilling the food non stop. I would say this restaurant is hidden gem that not many people seem to know, if you are looking for good restaurant that has good food and don’t care too much about service this place is for you. When I say service again I mean there are not enough staff in my opinion. The only lacking factor was not enough juice options.

During our stay, my young son placed a slightly damp white t-shirt on a chair, which left a small stain. To my surprise, we were charged AED 300 for this — an outrageous amount for a minor issue that could have easily been cleaned.This kind of policy feels excessive and unfair, especially for families traveling with kids. It definitely left a bad impression and overshadowed the rest of our stay. I expected more understanding and better customer service from a hotel of this standard.

The rooms were clean, custom service was also great (Degraft was really nice), the food was delicious. The metro was nearby so you could get in a lot of places in a quite short period of time without having to pay a lot. I personally had a pleasant expierience :)
