I have been renting in the Noor Al Butinah building since 2018, where I found all means of comfort and good treatment from all the workers, from the wachman to maintenance to accounts, and specifically Abdul Wasi, to whom I extend my thanks.

    Tenant for two years now at Burj Al Noor 4, and so far the experience has been great! I would like to commend and appreciate the assistance from Archie to expedite our maintenance requests. His support is outstanding, when I place a request he makes sure to follow up and made sure that the issue has been resolved. Staff like this are what makes us, the customers, stay.     I am one of the Tenant of Anrg Group real estate building in Mankhool, AL Noor building 3, for the past 12 Years, Recently I wanted to do some alteration in my flat like some additional furniture and fixtures changing and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand them accordingly I sent one email to the Management Mr. Ahmed al Rais and Team. Believe me the management immediate response is surprised and appreciated and I am very much happy.The ANRG Group is truly exceptional. I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had their tenants and giving high importance to their customers was incredible, The best real estate company I have ever dealt with.     I am staying in Dubai for almost 14 years now. I moved ANRG Property for the last 10 years in Mankhool Noor 3 building, as of now many Managers and maintenance people have changed. But this time from last one year I met one Mr. Mohammad Saleh - (Leasing Department). He is the best thorough and professional and great work with him. He is extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. He really cared about their tenants. and maintenance people also such a co-operative especially Mr. Nawaz Bhai is very responsive and his dedication and hard work always amazed me.One Suggestion : One parking must be allotted with flat, It should not be additional payable. I hope ANRG management will consider and these rules will change. Thank You.

    Its our 3rd year in this bldg, supposedly we dont plan for renewing the contract for some reasons, (had parking here since the first we entered the bldg (2019) then suddenly they didn’t allow my car to enter for parking without giving me any notice or email, the guard said i am not allowed anymore, (FEB 2022) i was very upset, as it is very hard for me specially when my kids go to school, need to walk going to outside parking) but to this excellent pretty Ms.Shams, we renewed the contract🥰. She is very helpful in any ways, every time i will message her, she response quickly, She cooperates well in any matters, I am very happy for dealing with Ms. pretty Shams. Keep it up and Happy to stay in your Bldg ANRG, Thank you & Godbless!🙏🏻

    Al Noor1 803. The rooms are spacious when compared to other flats in the area. Common bathroom is as big as the attached bathrooms in other flats. Bus stop is just below the building making it easy to access any place in Dubai or Sharjah plus you can get Taxi round the clock due to proximity to Sahara centre mall. Maintenance is free and they always responds promptly

    We had searched for a cozy and safe area where my family can stay for a long-term basis. Its difficult to find one in Sharjah nowadays. We checked out a lot of buildings and flats that might fit in to our liking. Today, finally, we moved in to the best option we found in Anoor Alraid Group Building in Nabba. One major reason we went for the unit is the expert discussions we had been having with Sir Abdul Wase. We appreciate his detailed information about moving in to the unit, the things we need to do, the papers we have to submit and the amount we have to prepare. He assisted me and my husband all throughout the transaction, and he guided us with some move in tips. Surely, we received an excellent service from him and the rest of the team. Building in charge is also kind and helpful. Few more arrangements and were totally settled in to our new residence. Hoping for prosperous years residing here. We are satisfied!
