Despite the bureaucracy and long routine process, Mr. Abdulsalam Alkubati from ADCP Property Management team has supported me and exerted great efforts to complete my request in due course. He has facilitated the entire process. He appreciated that I am leaving the city and it’s difficult for me to come back to again. Therefore, he has coordinated (without delay) with his colleagues from other departments to complete the closure of my contract on the same day and process the refund.
