Now that renovation work on my apartment is completed and the first bookings started, I can give a more detailed review about this company than I did some months ago.First of all, the very pleasant thing is that the team provides the full scope of services that requires such investment, id est renovation, furnishing, building permit petition, rental management.Secondly, the forecasted cost for their services, work and furniture was accurate, and their services are fairly priced in my opinion.It took a few weeks longer longer than expected but it was still a reasonable timeline for such work.Thirdly I m very happy with the result regarding both renovation and furnishing.The team was very reactive regarding small problems that occured, and communication was always fluid.I would certainly recommend this company for both renovation work or rental management.
