Since March 2018 after we moved from street 5, we been living here in this Building 34. The location itself is convenient for public transportation, Supermarkets, Health Clinics, Car Parks, Children’s School. My son doesn’t wants us to move from here as he grew up here and has his childhood friends.The Management team is effective though we see them once a year while renewing 😆. Above all it’s a family only building however a need for a security guard to safeguard will be appreciated.

We have been living in their managed apartment at Qusais for more than 22 years. They provide very exceptional service particularly Mr. Abdul Kader Mr. Rizwan. I remember Mr Rizwan came to our house in the middle of the night to.change the lock beacuse we were locked out. That kind of service is exceptional. Mr Kader was always considerate and he always made me feel happy at the time of renewals. I do not have words to praise Omar our watchman. His English is perfect so communication is easy and always eager to help at any time. We lived in other apartments as well. But we did not experience this kind of service. I am not a person who get satisfied easily as well.

Recently moved into one of the properties managed by Al Huda. It was a refreshing experience from start to end. And the building is maintained quite well too. Usually propert management companies have a bad rep for these sort of things, so its nice to see someone doing it right. Hope they maintain this for years to come.

Living here (Al Huda Building Al Qusais) for the 3rd year currently. Great access to our kids school and spacious 120sqm space for us with all the basic amenities, and well maintained.

Really happy to be a tenant of AL HUDA, 24X7 on call service done by them on an emergency. Alhamdulillah my family was very happy when they came around 1.00 am to solve the issue.Also co-ordination for renewal appreciated a lot.
