Sama Tower is the place I’ve been calling home in Dubai for the past 3 years and just renewed for two more. Really love the building esp due to its location, spacious apartments and top notch gym. Btw, the gym at Sama is better than most club gyms out there. Great equipment and staff - huge shoutout to our highly competent coaches Jeff and Jesus, very special people who we became good friends with. Would love to buy an unit here if any were for sale.

Ive been living in Sama Tower for two years, and I couldnt be happier with my experience. The maintenance team is outstanding — always prompt and efficient. The security staff is friendly, helpful, and makes you feel truly safe. The tower is consistently clean and well-maintained, with regular updates to the facilities, which shows their commitment to keeping the property in top condition.A special shoutout to Kimberely from the office team — she’s incredibly helpful, kind, and always greets you with a smile.Sama Tower truly stands out for its excellent management and dedication to resident satisfaction. Highly recommended!
