    We just completed the process of purchasing our house with Artha Realty. Nikita from Artha was absolutely fantastic. Found us the right house, within budget and very knowledgeable regarding the whole mortgage process. Also saved us a few thousands from unnecessary fees we found out we do not have to pay.
