I did my own research, looking at Google reviews etc., before reaching out to Ali and I had a good feeling that this particular interaction will work out because of the volume of good reviews the company has. Suffice it to say that I was not disappointed and was able to finalize an apartment and put down an offer quite fast. We rented an apartment through AZCO. Our agent was Saber. He offered us a good apartment in a complex with a small number of floors, which was important to me.Rasul was an agent from the owner. He told us all the details about the building and the apartment. He helped us solve minor problems in the apartment. He helped us with the transaction and the transfer.I was very worried that after depositing money for rent, the process would be delayed, since the agency commission was paid at the beginning. But I was surprised that the next day after signing, we had a ready EJARI and the contract. Saber helped us with DEWA and print all the forms for gas registration.Only 4 days have passed between making a deposit and receiving the keys.
