Amazing location, not in the congested area and of Al Barsha. Plenty of options, two big hospitals are nearby, supermarkets are next, several eateries.All what you need to stay in Dubai. Some flats are superb, from here to MOE MALL only 10 minutes walking 🚶🏿♂️ distance and near Lulu supermarket, grand Barsha department store 🏬 then kids play ground near , school 🏫 also near , good to live in -

This is a really good building if youre looking for an apartment in the Al Barsha 1 area near Mall of Emirates. The one bedrooms are perfect if youre living alone theres enough space and they have showers instead of bathtubs. The lightings and fixtures are really pretty so thats a plus.the one bedrooms are about 35-38k a year depending on how you negotiate it and how many cheques.overall i recommend it(ex-tenant of this building) -

Apparently this is not a brand new building (Feb 2022) but it looks sparkling new. Well maintained throughout and their layout is pretty good too. Very close to MOE and their staff is very courteous! -
