    Moving to Belhasa Building was the best decision that we made. The building location is accesible for using the public transportation. Their team is doing great specially theyre maintenance team.I commend how fast they respond to any maintenance request that we raise and made sure that the job is completed in high and quality standard.     I have been a tenant for 12 years and have been happy with the way the building is maintained and cleaned. Being a tenant for many years, I have seen many staff come and go, and always the process was smooth and prompt. However, this year, when i changed my house in the same building, the whole process was not at all smooth. In addition, the assigned person in charge of handling it was not very professional, I did not have a pleasant time dealing with them. The thing that bothered me most was the inaccessibility to communicate or even meet the staff.Being a long time tenant I would have hoped for some better customer service but I guess one does not get whatever they wish for in life. I hope that they can improve the leasing department processes and customer service.

    I am staying in Belhasa property at Mirdiff ( Dubai) since 2021. I found staying with Belhasa is worth as they take care of anything. In case any maintainance or emergency work is required they will assist immedietely. Secondly, there is a whats app group with Inaya maintainance company, and they assist immediately once we raised the request in group. That means the support is given by Belhasa is immense. Thirdly, in case any office assistance is required, I used to call Mrs. Sneha, she is a such a vibrant officer act so fastly and attend to the issue. She helps in all office matters so professionally and ethically. Hats off to the entire crew of Belhasa.
