I am extremely pleased with the managing team of my building. The property is always impeccably maintained, and they are incredibly responsive whenever I have an issue. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring a comfortable living environment truly stand out. Living here has been a fantastic experience, thanks to their outstanding service. I am staying in Binghatti Rose. The team is providing really good service. They always keep the apartment neat and clean along with doing all the necessary periodic maintenance services like pest control, tank cleaning, window glass cleaning etc... I would like to add up about security service also and they available 24X7 and they do a great job. Irrespective of time you call them and there is a issue they immediately come to your doorstep. So safety is very good in this apartment.Whenever you need their team support on flat maintenance they do immediately without any delay. Particularly talking about Rawan and Amrita they both are really very supportive, and I really appreciate.If i need to say on any improvement to be done its about the gym equipments. There are no weight bars set available right now and I request the management if they can add this to gym it will be great since now services charges has also been increased.

As I experienced firsthand during my stay at Westwood, a building they manage, I observed how dedicated they are to every detail. The building was completely clean and spotless. It was a pleasure to live there. The service fulfilled all its duties, meeting all the expectations one could have for a high-end apartment in Dubai. They asked for my review, and honestly, this is the only one I can give. As soon as I have my own properties, I would rely on them without hesitation. Thank you very much.

Ive had a good experience so far with BCOAM management of my building. The building managers are responsive and very friendly. When fix requests are raised through the app, its usually updated and worked on within 1 or 2 days.
