I have been renting a studio in Grace Residency in Al Furjan with Bhavan Vacation Homes for several months already. Its a positive and pleasant experience, both with the apartment and the company.The company representative in the building is always available to support and solve any issue related to the apartment or building.The apartment is absolutely great. Its comfortable, clean, you can find most of appliances or items you may need during a short-term stay.I like the building too. Its new, clean, well-managed. The security is strict - which is great from safety point of view; the maintenance team is quick to respond.I highly recommend Bhavan Vacation Homes and Grace Residency building.

Bhavan Vacation Homes are a very trustworthy and professional company. From the beginning they were excellent with communication and especially the two guys we dealt with were absolute gentlemen! We stayed in a studio apt for 2.5 months and had no issues. The studio was super clean and considering the time of year we stayed, it was a great price that we received, especially how nice the place is. Its close to metro, plenty of facilities and shops around. I would confidently recommend Bhavan Vacation Homes for anyone visiting Dubai or for a temporary stay before settling in to the country. 5 Stars for service and stay!

Stayed at the Grace residence for a few months while working for expo 2020. The flat was really nice, really well situated and having really nice amenities (especially the pool and the gym).The agent were really professional, extremely quick to answer every messages and accommodating.Definitely a good experience and a nice stay in Dubai.

I lived for 1 month in Grace residency by Bhavan Vacation Homes and I was impressed, everything is new, modern , so nice decorated , fully equipped with kitchen tools and anything you need.The agent who rented it for me- Boby is such a lovely person, so professional and helpful . He was available at any hour and solved my requests quickly.The swimming pool is clean , up on the roof where nobody sees you and temperature controlled.The building is closed to the metro which is great . For the quality of services offered by Boby and the beautiful home and the price I paid, is such a good deal
