    I recently rented my home through Masood Mohammad from Binayah Properties. Masood was supportive . He was approachable and responsive, which made things much easier.That said, there were a few issues in the house that weren’t resolved before I moved in, Im sure he is gone resolved it. If you’re looking for someone who is supportive and stays in touch, I’d recommend Masood!

    Finding a brand new apartment for rent in Dubai this time is not an easy task. I fell in love with Emaar Beachfront and was looking for a good unite with a view and a decent price. At the moment when I though nothing else was left, Akif Safdar from Binayah Real Estate called me and offered an amazing option! It was a chance one of 100 as most of the prices already went up big time. Im extremely thankful to him for coming back to me first after he found our that there was an opportunity and also for providing a highly professional guiding, consultation and assistance with all paper work.If you are looking for a good agent, I wont recommend anyone but Akif Safdar!
