I hired BSO for RDC legal representation for a rental case as a tenant. At the start, Jamal Ayache was great with communicating, was knowledgeable, no pressure, and followed up. He was even a bit flexible with the payments which was very helpful. Unfortunately, after I paid, the level of communication started to drop. He went from being available anytime to hardly ever picking up a phone call and replying to messages a day or two later. He never missed a deadline though and he did eventually follow up with me each time. Each hearing was met on time and prepared. I was happy with the representation provided by the BSO consultant/lawyer, especially that I had a direct conversation with them before the hearing. That was very important to me. I ended up winning the case because of a technicality that BSO found with my case so I was very happy! I was going to hire them again when the owner resubmitted the case after fixing the technicality but Jamal wanted to charge me the same amount again for the repeat case. I argued for a discount since it was the same case and they refused so I decided not to work with them again.
