All the staff at the fitout office are very courteous and engaging even when I arrive after the usual office working hours. It would be quite unfair not to mention all these hardworking individuals starting with the fitout team where Mr. Mark does a fantastic job of managing the fitout office, Ms Huma who always promptly offers assistance on any drawings related issues and reviews the drawings in record time, Ms. Agnes who handles and assist on the permit and other documentation process; Abilash, Rinil and Manjith who all handles site related queries/concerns and Salman who handles safety inductions. Ms. Riza at the finance/cashier desk is a amicable support for payment related queries. The JLTAD managed by Ms. Shabana and Ms. Elizabeth are very quick and responsive when it comes obtaining of the drawing approvals and resolving client documentation issues. Ms.Syeda from the OFC team manages and promptly responds to client queries in regards to their ofc for license procedures. While this is true, believe me when I say this, this is the best method of quality assurance, Health, safety and environmental protection initiative. Concordia ensures that the clients get the best out of their space, while ensuring that the contractors are kept to task to ensure no corners are cut. They are extremely helpful, and are available on email and meetings to explain all details and make things as easy as possible, while ensuring quality standards. You will also find them extremely helpful in terms of hand-holding through the process, and inturn ensuring the betterment of the contractors output. Ms. Huma has always been available to patiently answer questions, explain the procedures, and goes beyond her duties and consults on the drawings to ensure quickest turnarounds and approvals while ensuring quality. When it comes to inspections, technical details and guiding through the actual works on site, Mr. Arsalan is very approachable, and provides solutions and workarounds to problems you may face on site, while ensuring that all protocols are being followed, and the end product is to the benefit of the end user/ client.If you deal with one of the buildings under the facility management of Concordia, you will come across this bundle of energy, Ms. Agnes. Shes very knowledgeable, and is generous in sharing the information that would make lives of the contractor and the client easy.All in all, the people right from the ones you initially contact, upto the people who approve the final works are friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. They understand that times change, materials evolve, and techniques evolve, and update themselves and procedures accordingly. A major positive change recently was going online.     Misery loves company. But am not gonna share my bad experience here as I havent experience it at all except when I was in Cluster N, Lakepoint where I cant accept visitors in my own apartment! Had to vacate. Cant stand their smirk.So far, for the last 8yrs that Ive been in Marina and JLT, New Dubai Gate 2 guards (I think they are from Saga like Yacht Bay) had been the friendliest and smartest guards Ive ever met. They are so polite and so in touch with the residents. In short, they check on you. They genuinely care bout your day than your office colleagues or even your boss!Ive seen rude people shouting at them a couple of times and belittling them (racists for sure) from different nationalities and they have NEVER EVER raised their voices. They are so professional and educated. Much more educated than some rudeee (an understatement) tenants in the building. On top of that, their communication skills are good. They implement rules and communicate effectively to us. I have HIGH RESPECT for these guys. They deserve a raise and a holiday for sure.Kudos Dxb Gate 2 guards! Keep it up.
