    The Safe T Switch went bad on our A/C unit and I caught the main air duct filling with gallons of water in the evening. The tech showed up first thing 8 am and it was only a $25 part but he did a full check and sweep of the A/C and Condenser, answered all my questions, was courteous, and was not the silent and send you a bill type. Really took the time to show me shortcuts and better maintenance techniques. Alonzo Gonzalez is a great tech, hard worker and easy to work with. Thank you for the help!
