The building is nice , there is a swimming pool and gym. The apartment is comfortable and beautiful. The building is well located, there is a metro station near the building there’s also a mall 8 minutes walking from the building.The agents are very helpful and patient, they managed to give as a nice place with the specifications we had in mind.I will definitely come back.

We have been renting an apartment in Dubai with Czechin for 2 years and we are completely satisfied. Mr. Jiří and his team will take care of everything, arrange what is needed from A to Z and ensure very good occupancy. Communication is excellent both with us and with the guests (as apartment owners we have access to all messages with the guests, so we can see how quickly and professionally Mr. Jiří communicates with the guests). They check the apartment regularly, add small items such as salt and sugar, provide cleaning,... really full service! Ideal for someone who doesnt live in Dubai and doesnt have time to fly there regularly and arrange things around the property.

Hi all. We lived in Yakout building, Bab al Bahr: excellent apartment. Gorgeous view, wonderful terrace, clean, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, excellent internet. There is a grocery store and pharmacy downstairs, parking available. All this ensured a very comfortable stay. Employees from Czechin are promptly in touch. I highly recommend the apartment. Among the shortcomings: the beach is a C grade: sharp sand, a backwater, and we went on a city one.

They secured the takeover of our apartment directly from the developer and immediately after that they arranged the apartment for us with their excellent interior designer and immediately started renting it out.
