I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional maintenances work done by the @Adnan Malik. His dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail has been remarkable. He consistently ensure that everything is running smoothly, and their promptness in addressing issues is truly commendable. He makes sure report maintenance issues are resolved and do follow-up as well.Though the over all building maintenance for LuLu buiding in Al Barsha1is not up to the mark and could be better. Still watchmen and maintenance team try their best to serve the tenants at their best. Building need a better reception desk definitely.

Dania property has good professional team, Im with them since last 4 years. They support full renewal process with single visit and promptly, infact they dont have hidden or extra fees at renewal.As far as maintenance is concerned, they have online portal for collecting the complaints, they resolve quickly usually within 1 day or few hours depending on severity. Adnan is very skilled and professional in maintenance work, I always appreciate his support. Thanks Dania 🙂

Im really fond of the Dania Property office buildings, especially the Dusseldorf Business Point in Al Barsha stands out. Ive been working in their building for more than ten years now, and the management has been extremely supportive during the current pandemic crisis. Their buildings are both professional and have a uniquely creative ambience to them. The staff are very responsive and friendly, very quick to resolve any of the rarely occurring issues you may face. I can confidently recommend them to anyone looking for professional, flamboyant work spaces.
