    DotCoLiv is an excellent co-living space for bachelors! Ive been here since June 2024 and have been thoroughly impressed. The accommodation is fantastic, with a well-equipped shared hall (including Netflix and Amazon Prime) and kitchen. The cleanliness is truly top-notch with daily cleaning throughout the apartment. Everything you need is provided, from comfortable furniture to essential electronics like an iron, kettle, washing machine, and more.Most importantly it is a very quiet place and comfortable for those who wants to work (there is a working space available). We can reach out for any maintenance or issues and the same will be resolved immediately.Highly recommend DotCoLiv for a comfortable and convenient living experience

    I’ve been staying at Dotcoliv for a little over a month now, and overall, it has been a positive experience. From the moment I moved in, the staff and community managers have been welcoming and quick to address any questions or concerns. My building is close to public transport, cafes, and grocery stores, making daily errands and outings hassle-free. overall cleanliness at Dotcoliv is also a notable factor. Having daily cleaning available makes a big difference. The biggest downside for me has been the room size. The bedrooms can feel tight, but they used white colour for interior sensibly. Storage can also be an issue if we’re not used to living minimally. As with any co-living setup, i have to share the kitchen and toilet with other residents. Most of the time it’s fine, but peak hours can get a bit crowded. The cost of staying at Dotcoliv feels a bit on the higher side. The higher price point might be a drawback for budget-conscious individuals.While my overall experience at Dotcoliv has been positive, one area for improvement could be ensuring the character of tenants aligns with the co-living values. It would be great if Dotcoliv could incorporate a more thorough tenant selection process that emphasizes the importance of shared living and respect for common spaces. This would help maintain a harmonious living environment and ensure that all residents are mindful of cleanliness and considerate of one another.Overall, Dotcoliv has been a great place to stay, but fostering a community of respectful and responsible tenants would elevate the experience even further. Veryyyy hygienic, quick response to maintenance issues, people sharing bed in the flat are also well educated and responsible. Whichever country you come from.     Right from the beginning, theyre so professional and even selects their tenants only after reviewing their profile. Decent executives stay here. Though it seems little expensive, they really make up for it through their service and amenities. Who cleans and mops everyday? Who changes linen every 15 days? Who gives separate cabin space and compartments in every shared areas? Who reminds you about the termination policy every 15th of the month? All these just to make sure tenants leave happily as how they came in. PROFESSIONALISM peaks here!Highly recommended!!!

One of the best aspects is that they change the bed linen every month, which really gives it a hotel-like experience.Additionally, the community managers, Ispak and Rimnas, along with the owner and main founder, Javed, are excellent hosts. They are always just a call away and are incredibly helpful whenever you need assistance. It’s this level of service and attention to detail that makes Dotcoliv stand out. Overall, it’s been an excellent experience, and I’m grateful for the care they put into creating a space that feels like home.

    Ive tried many apartments around Dubai and foundout Dotcolive finally.It was all real as Ive seen through the photos. The bed space, kitchen, wash room exactly same as they never brag or lie about their services.Even after seeing photos you can quickly understand, Oh! This could be a Dotcolive apartment - because they know how to stand out from the crowd and give premium value to their customers.I specially need to mention someone here, Mr. Shizil; one of the Managers for Dotcolive apartments who knows what he is doing. He deliber best customer service to every tenants live here and super friendly while accomplishing every task amidst of busy schedule.One more thing to suggest though. The management should hire another supervisory role to lookafter overall operations around the apartments as everyone of the staff are occupied by daily tasks. However, my first meeting with Mr. Ispak set a positive tone for my journey. He kindly guided me through the essential details of settling in, and I found the checklist provided in my room to be incredibly helpful.I soon started meeting fellow residents from India, and it was heartwarming to connect with people despite being a complete stranger at first. From October onward, my experience here has been nothing short of uplifting. My roommates are respectful, educated individuals who prioritize creating a supportive and inclusive living environment. Ive managed to build a good rapport with many colleagues, and it has genuinely enhanced my time here.Dot Coliv stands out to me for its thoughtful amenities and the privacy offered within the shared spaces. The daily cleaning and access to modern utilities have made life here comfortable and hassle-free. Stayed at 4-5 apartments and sharing Villas but DOT COLIV is special.And thats the reason why I am returning back to DOT COLIV after my family went back home. I was away for last 2 months.What makes DOT COLIV, the ODD?- Priority given to Safety, Hygiene and Cleanliness.- Prompt actions taken against the tenants who cant follow the rules.- Maintenance works are done as soon as possible.- Daily sweeping, moping the floor and Bathroom, Toilet cleaning with disinfect.- WhatsApp Groups for each Apartment are active 24*7. The management used to respond at the earliest possible as 3-5 people from the DOT team are in the group.- Privacy of the tenants are Prioritized.- The updated and still updating living space.- No commitments, No hassle. If you wanna leave, just inform the manager by 15th of the month.I was very satisfied with the service when I stayed there for 5 months. And this June (2024), I am joining again.I recommend Bachelors to give a try.

    This is the first time Im trying a sharing space in my entire life and I was told horror stories of the experiences of some of my friends. So I was naturally quite apprehensive about taking a shared accomodation, but decided to give it a shot for one month.However, Im completely delighted with the space Dot has provided. Its clean, well maintained, and everyone is very respectful of each other. I think it has a lot to do with the community that Dot is trying to build.Ive had a couple of minor issues (like a broken shower head, for example) but the resolution of these issues by the manager was so quick and efficient that I didnt even have time to feel any inconvenience. Everything is taken care of with a couple of hours.And the staff is very kind and helpful too.The best part for me is coming home to newly laundered bedsheets and comforters at the end of every two weeks.Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs a clean and conveniently located sharing space. Oh, yes, the metro is just a 5 minute walk for me now, which helps me start of my day on a positive note as well!

    I moved in to Dot Coliv Al Nahda 1 in the month of June, just for a months stay till i get a studio or 1BHK in the same locality. But its been 3 months now i erased the thought of moving out from this place.The place is ideally located nearby bus stop, Metro station, super markets, restaurants, Health centers making life easy for a working professional. Everything is accessible within 5 mins of commute.Coming to the amenities, I dint expect so much for the cost I pay. Unlimited Internet, Gas connection, Washing Machine and Air-condition. I have stayed at multiple Co-liv spaces across India and some shared spaces in Dubai, not in a single place i have seen the housing keeping team comes daily to keep the place clean.The guests understand their responsibilities and they do make sure to keep the surroundings clean and does not misuse any of the facilities provided.I stay in a 3 sharing semi private room, the room has good privacy and the other room mates are very decent and understanding. Privacy has been a concern in most of the shared spaces but I dint experience any disturbance here at all.The Community Manager is easily reachable and he does not hesitate or delay to solve your concerns then and there. He also has good knowledge about the surroundings and guides the new individuals and suggests them about the places of interests nearby.This place is highly recommended if you are looking for a One Stop solution for all your accommodation needs in Dubai.

    Excellent Accommodation at Dot.Colive, Al Nahda, DubaiI moved to Dubai a month ago and initially found a disappointing, overpriced room.
