They truly make residents living in Motor City feel safe, secured, valued, and heard. EDACOM has given me a great appreciation for living in the amazing city of Dubai and the UAE. The men are incredibly patient when I submitted a complaint about construction noises happening outside of the worker’s contractual hours. Both EDACOM and the security at my residence did not hesitate to respond quickly to remedy the problem. I appreciate EDACOM so much. God bless and thanks for making Motor City a great place to live.

Excellent service. I had an issue with my flat in motorcity and sent them an email. Received feedback and service and the issue is fixed in 24 hours. Well done and thank you for doing a great job!

One of the grievances I had as a resident of Motor City was the lack of communication on the part of Edacom, it was always too hard to get through to their management, this appears to have changed in recent months where they are much more approachable now with community managers in the field overseeing our requests, some nice improvements have been observed in terms of repainting some of the old buildings which was long overdue. I hope they pay attention to the dying trees across the community which was once lush green.😴😴😴😴

Nice to see owners being named & shamed by putting up notices in elevators for defaulter units. At least the ones paying our maintenance fees should not have to suffer and we should see our money being put to good use.

Motor City is an awesome place to call home, safe, and secure, family living away from the city center, just love it here and hope to call it home for many more years to come, I hope they build more parks and running tracks given the number of people who now live here.

Surprised at how efficient edacom is becoming now after the top management upheaval they have gone through, they are now actually following up and calling you to update on the issues we are raising. Hoping it is not just a blip and they continue delivering how they are.
