Nice building. Security and other amenities are good. There is a decent swimming pool which is well maintained. Tenants have access to the gym which has enough space but not enough variety of equipment. Maintenance services are great. The security is very pleasant and welcoming. Available only studios and 1BHK apartments.Only downside for me are that they have used damaged tiles to the floor and walls being bit thin.One of my concern is that the building is managed by a badly reviewed management company. But due to the owner providing the maintenance services, its being very smooth so far.
