Essential Maintenance in Dubai

Always have a great experience when using Essential Maintenance. Today’s experience involved hanging 10 pictures, 3 mirrors, checking water pressure, fixing a leaky tumble dryer and fixing a broken chair leg!! Some of the jobs were an add on after they had arrived but was not a problem. Always great English and respectful. I can highly recommend them (especially Rod & Ben).

As a regular customer Im used to the excellent service provided by Essential Maintenance and their sister company, We Will Fix It. Last week we had Rod and Enrique come over and do three major jobs in one day. Not only is their work such high-quality, but they were exceptionally courteous, polite, clean and moved about like ninjas - no one felt they were even there. EM and WWFI remain to be my go-to guys for any home work.

I have engaged Essential Maintenance with an annual maintenance contract for my villa. The team are very responsive, discrete, clean and tidy when they go about their work.I have lived in Dubai for over 11 years now and the level of knowledge, value, clarity of communication and sheer ability is second to none.The customer service/booking team are great, they have enough knowledge to be able to talk through the issue you have and able to determine the correct team to send out to address the issue.Would I recommend this services and company...... Yes..... I already have and will continue to do so.

3 year in a row with Essential Maintenance and always been delighted with their service. Today Julius and Jano came out to install a proper water pressure solution. Friendly, polite, observed covid protocols and got the job done efficiently and cleaned up perfectly afterwards. Great job!

This is our third year for the Essential Maintenance contract. We had Rod’s and Joyen’s team come for the regular AC service and to fix a hatch in the ceiling. The teams came on time, were careful with regard to hygiene and wore masks throughout the work due to COVID. They were tidy and cleaned up after themselves and did a really good job overall. They were finished before the estimated time and the cost for the hatch was less than I expected. Always happy with the service provided by Essential Maintainance and the sister company We Will Fix It. Thanks

Once more I was impressed by the speed and the professionalism of your services. Having the spare part immediately available (in the car) made a big difference. Furthermore Jammy, the technician, communicated very well which helped me to understand the situation. This is not a common practice in Dubai as I already had two different maintentance providers for my house who demonstrated a less than satisfactory behavior.In any case I´m happy I made the right choice in buying “Essential Maintenance” services and hope you can acquire many more customers in the near future.

Inside A/C unit blower fan motor replaced as the old one was very noisy. Great job by Jonathan and Ruben. They covered the area to protect from debris and left it in a clean state afterwards. Thank you!
