Ive stayed with Frank Porter on three different occasions with my family: twice in Downtown at Grande Signature and once in a beautiful villa in The Springs, and every time has been a great experience! We stayed in a room in Burj Khalifa, Dubai. The room was modern, clean, and spacious enough for three guests, which was the maximum capacity. There was a 24-hour supermarket conveniently located just across the street, and the location was also excellent, within walking distance to the Dubai Mall. The building had good security, so we felt safe and comfortable during our stay.The night view from the room was absolutely awesome, looking out over the city lights from such a height was a memorable experience.The host, Frank, always responded quickly and was polite and helpful, which I really appreciated.Thank you very much for hosting us.

We had an amazing stay at this flat in Dubai Hills! The building itself is top-notch—super clean with great amenities like a well-equipped gym, a beautiful pool, and plenty of comfortable spots to sit and relax. The area is honestly one of the best in Dubai, with Dubai Hills Park just a short walk away, offering lots of greenery, a kids’ park, and even a dog park.Convenience is unbeatable here. There’s a supermarket and pharmacy literally right under the building, and Dubai Hills Mall is within walking distance, making everything you need easily accessible.The flat was fantastic—bright, clean, and really well-maintained. It felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful. Prime views and locations. Was everything we expected and more. The pool and beach access were inclusive which made this rental even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and Frank is very responsive and helpful. I don’t say this often, but I WOULD stay here again. And it’s very quiet. Perfect for a peaceful getaway. This is my photo, enjoyed a sunrise from the amazing balcony. Fantastic views of the Burj al Arab and Burj Khalifa, all though it was hazy that morning.

I cannot say more about Frank’s place!! I travel to Dubai often for work, and this location made me experience the city in a completely new way. It is extremely central, walkable to everything downtown. The condo is extremely clean and spacious, and made me feel at home for the entire month I visited. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Dubai. He also accommodated me last minute when another booking I made was terrible in person. He let me book the same day and I was so thankful he did. Also very kind and responsive. Book here if you are looking for a fantastic place to stay In Downtown Dubai!

The apartment is spacious, clean and the perfect view. Even better than the pictures. My friend and I stayed in Frank’s place for under a month and couldn’t recommend it enough. The location is amazing with the marina 1 min walk and the beach close by too. Not too far from downtown either. The host was really helpful and communicative aswell. The building facilities are excellent including the pool and gym etc. I’ll be returning to Dubai and definitely be staying here again.

Exit from the main hotel gate directly onto the Boulevard😍Easy walk next to Burj Khalifa. Although I booked the apartments half an hour before arrival, I was amazed by the cleanliness of the apartment and the speed of completing the booking procedures, and the arrival of one of the guys who brought the apartment key to the building within 10 minutes. The room is very clean the kitchen have all things we need it, and the view is very wonderful🤩 I will never hesitate to book the apartment next time. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ really thank you for the best services 🙏🏻.

This was by far the best place i have stayed! will definitely be returning.The view was so incredibly beautiful, honestly breathtaking. The apartment felt just like home and was very clean, very spacious and was even better in real life. The location is perfect right in the heart of JBR, a vibrant and family-friendly neighborhood just a 5-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by shops and amenities that are open 24/7. Our trip was good. The apartment suited us, it has a bed and a sofa. The kitchen has everything you might need. The only downside is that the bathroom smells very strongly of sewage. I understand that the owners of the apartment cant do anything about it. Unfortunately, many apartments in Dubai have this problem. I would also like to suggest that you put a chest of drawers, at least one. There is nowhere to put things. There are 2 closets in the apartment, but one is closed, and in the second you can only hang things. And one shelf on top, not everyone can reach there. There are a lot of unnecessary things, like artificial flowers. But overall, everything is not bad. The location is excellent.

The listing gives a great overview, but being there exceeded our expectations—just a 2-minute walk to Dubai Mall and an easy stroll to the Burj Khalifa right through the mall. It couldn’t have been more perfect for exploring the city.We also really appreciated the additional shower room in the study. With the single pull-out bed that comfortably sleeps two, it felt like a private en-suite room—such a great bonus and made a big difference for a group our size.Another huge plus: being in such a central and busy location, we always found licensed taxis right in front of the building. And the metro station is just a short walk away through the mall, which made getting around the city super convenient.Frank was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back!

The security staff at the lobby are very professional, friendly, and helpful. I found The apartment spotless clean. The Spacious kitchen is equipped with all appliances and utensils needed to cook your own meals . A laundry room with washer and dryer and a very nice modern steam iron table set. Large balcony overlooking at Jebel Ali. The spacious master bedroom Was cozy with a soft comfortable king size bed and en suite Bathroom with shower . The living room is also spacious and have a nice big screen smart Tv and uninterrupted WiFi which made it easy for me to work remotely.This apartment is easy to access from Shake Zyed road and Al Marsa st. Very close (walking distance) from Jumeirah Beach, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, clinics, retail stores, the dubai marina walk and Dubai Marina Mall., the Tram station and Metro station as well.I will definitely stay at this unit again.Ivette Dunlap

What a little surprise this place was. Location was ideal. The apartment was amazing, it had a view from the balcony where you could just see Dubai fountains. Its a short walk to the mall and there is a supermarket over the road. Up on arrival we was greeted and assured of our welcomed stay. There was a washing machine provided with wash tablets and even a maiden to hang your clothes, safe to say we did all our washing before we came back from our holiday. It also had the usual brew making condiments but was rather surprised by the Nespresso, which since Ive had to purchase one myself. Such a lovely stay and cant wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Everything is as in the pictures, the view from the terrace is amazing. On arrival we had a small problem with the door code, but with communication with Frank everything was solved. Fantastic Dubai Marina Apartment!We recently stayed at a Dubai Marina apartment managed by Frank Porter during our trip from the U.S. to southeast and far east Asia, with a stop in Dubai. The apartments location was convenient, with a manageable walk to the Marina.The high-floor apartment offered great water views, and we even enjoyed a spectacular drone show at night! The interior was nicely decorated, accurately reflected in the Airbnb photos. The 1.5 baths were a bonus, providing extra convenience for some people.Frank Porters communication was excellent, and they kindly allowed us to store our bags for a couple of extra hours on the checkout day.To further enhance the experience, we suggest:1. Ensuring dishes are dust-free2. Implementing keyless check-in for added convenience3. Adding a blender and Instant Pot to the kitchen appliancesOverall, we had a fantastic stay in this lovely apartment and would definitely return during future trips to Dubai!

Anna was a great host and the apartment was exactly as described and advertised in the post.The location was great for us as it was really close to our friend’s apartment and there is also a Carrefour and fresh mart really close by - very convenient! There are also pretty views of the Marina.We arrived late and had to buzz security to let us into the building but it was really straight forward to do the self check in.The first night we had issues with the WiFi which was rather annoying and inconvenient because we needed it to communicate with our friend in the area, but luckily when we arrived at the airport we received a tourism sim with 1gb of free data to use for 24 hours. With this I was able to communicate with my friend and also flag the issue to Anna. Anna was really quick to respond to my message and sorted out the internet issues really quickly and was so nice!We also had to get a PCR to go back home to Europe and had a slight mishap that meant we were panicking about check out but I communicate this to Anna and she was really accommodating and so lovely about it all!The building has access to a community gym and pool which is great but unfortunately the pool for our building was being refurbished so we had access to other pools - not a problem and most definitely not Anna’s fault at all but the pool that was closed seems to get the most sunshine so we were a little sad not that it stopped us from going to the others!Small tip for people staying for longer than a couple of days, bring shower gel and toilet roll. Little travel size toiletries are provided but they won’t last long and also be very patient with the lifts! There are only three lifts and only two were working when we were there. They are very slow. But this could be because we’re comparing them to European lifts which have far less floors to travel!Ultimately, I would highly recommend Anna and her apartment!

I stayed with my family for 5 nights. I arrived in Dubai very early at 6:00 in the morning, but my check-in was at 15:00. When I wrote this, he provided me with a very early check-in opportunity since he was available at home. I wrote even at 6:00 in the morning, he was reachable, he sent the door codes immediately. He responded to all my questions very very quickly. I thought he was always at the keyboard :) The house was very clean and exactly as shown in the images. All kitchen equipment was complete. There is a fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, water splinters in the house against fire. There is a hot water heated pool and a gym in the building. The entrance to the building is safe. The entrance to the house was very easy. The location was great. There is a market open 24/7 right across the street. We visited during the day, came back, rested and then went out again. Burj Kalifa is a 5-6 minute walk. The city was extremely safe. My wife easily returned at any time of the night or very early in the morning. Frank is a great host, he gave us a great experience. I will definitely be in contact with Frank during my visits to Dubai.

Thank you Bobby for been so responsive during our stay. The apt has a wonderful view. After all day work swimming is a perfect relaxation under the moon light. Close to JBR walk ,shopping and salon . You dont need a car if you come for vacation. I had to work!!!See you again and again.

Had the pleasure of staying at marina gate 3 apartment.Great apartment in a great location.Was great for morning runs and evening walks.The gymnasium is perfect, it has everything you need to keep you going on your break.We will use the apartment Again.Great communication upon arrival as my flight was delayed. I have booked a studio at The Sterling tower in business bay. This tower in general is one of my favourite in the area with very nice pool and gym. FP apartment was good, all appliances and washing machine are in, nice decoration, everything as shown on the pictures. A bit small wardrobe and only 6 hangers, if staying for a longer period.

Staying at Majestique Residence was an absolute pleasure! The manager Eid Hussein was lovely kind and welcoming to my family from day 1. We stayed here for a few months and even after it was time for us to leave he treated us with so much care and grace.All the staff here are amazing the 2 security guards, the swimming pool guard, the maintenance and cleaning staff all 10/10! Highly recommended.

We stayed in a wonderful villa located slightly on the outskirts of the city, hosted by Frank Porter! It was very affordable and the host was extremely gracious helping us patiently through all the pre-check-in formalities and providing us with instructions on how to check-in. Very very responsive and they were extremely kind to help us out because we needed an early check-in. Would 100% recommend Frank Porter managed properties to everyone!

This is my favorite place to stay in Dubai. I always book with frank who is an amazing host, very responsive, understanding and helpful. His properties are always sparkling clean and very well decorated, instructions are always clear and easy and the check in process is a breeze.The building is beyond beautiful and amenities are everything I can ask for and more. I enjoy the pool, inside and outside gym, sauna and steam room in the building. There is nothing more I can ask. The studio is also equipped with everything you need!I will always book here every time I come to Dubai!! I can’t wait for my next stay here :)

The apartment in Bay Central Dubai was in a perfect location right on the Marina! The apartment was brilliant and had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean, lovely view from the balcony, had all the utilities we needed and was a 10 minute walk from the beach on JBR. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again for sure! :)

Just spent a week here. Nice apartment with everything you would need. Very clean, comfy and in a great location. My only suggestion to Frank Porter is that a card in the room to tell people how the hot water works. I know in one of your mails it says to switch on before use but a clearer indication by the boost buttons would remind people to do so and how it works. Other than that small thing I really enjoyed my stay. With regards some of the negative comments about the building security being unfriendly, I didn’t experience that at all and I spoke to many of them. Always helpful.

Frank Porter is a great host and the apartament we rented was perfect for our needs. It was spacious, with nice furniture, very well equipped with everything we needed, very nice amenities like outdoor pool and gym, great location in Dubai Downtown and breathtaking views of Burj Khalifa which we enjoyed very much. Also the host assisted us with everything we needed no matter the time we asked for his assistance. We will definitely use again Franks services in the future and I encourage everyone to do so. You wont regret.
