Im thrilled with my experience using Frank Porter to manage one of my apartments. They are incredibly polite, supportive, and stood by me during the challenging times of Covid and lockdown. Unlike other companies, they provided service even though my apartment is not located in Dubai Marina or other tourist attraction areas.Frank Porters client portal is fantastic. It allows me to easily track everything related to my property, from expected revenue to accessing invoices. Its truly amazing. Their communication is exceptional, keeping me informed about my apartments status and impressing me with their quick responses to any questions or concerns. The customer support is outstanding, going the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction. Their maintenance team service is also noteworthy; they even refund any unused funds (which is rare to find in other businesses).Most importantly, whenever I visited my apartment, it was always in impeccable condition. I highly recommend Frank Porter as a reliable and professional property management company. In fact, Im already considering using them for my other apartments in the future!I want to give a special shout out to Dianne, Pamela, and Tim Garcia for their unwavering support and continuous assistance. Im so happy bcz I had a great time staying in this clean, nice and spacious apartment.it has all the amenities one could need.pool area also good.Location is good near to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall and restaurants.Check in was smooth and the host is amazingly responsive. I highly recommend them and this place in the heart of Downtown.

This was our first experience renting a vacation home and this home was just amazing! We were so happy with our choice, everything about this home is warm and welcoming with superb location, great interior, exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked!!!
