    I loved my entire stay in the apartment in Dubai Hills which is managed by guestready. I must say that they are well experienced with this industry as the apartment was fully equipped with things which are useful for my stay like an iron, ironing board, blower, vacuum, toiletries, kitchenware, etc. The apartment is clean, organized, and the instructions was clear and complete. I feel at home during my stay and I love it. Highly recommended 👍🏼

    It’s one of the luxurious facility that I have ever stayed in Dubai. If you are with a family visiting Dubai , stop looking else where , this is the place . If you have a rental car , parking is excellent. Not far from all the best stuff of Dubai. Just check the prices at the booking time.

    I booked GuestReady property in Dubai which was located very close to Marina beach through Airbnb, the location was very prime and everything was very accessible including cafes, restaurants and metro station (Sobha Realty) within 10 min walk.The property was well maintained and equiped with all the household equipments for cooking, cleaning and daily use. They provided very good support through out my stay and will definitely consider them next time and recommend to everyone.Thanks for hosting us GuestReady 😊

    Quiet, cozy studio with everything we needed for a one-week stay in Dubai, and a stunning view of the canal and sea. GuestReady was responsive and easy to reach. Check in and check out was very smooth. The location was unbeatable, with lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and mini-marts within a 5-minute walk. The beautiful walkway along the canal is right outside the building. Great stay overall, we highly recommend.

    Picturesque is an understatement, I will highly recommend Sky Splendour apartment. Value for your money! The view is breathtaking, you get the best views of Blue Waters Ain Dubai and the JBR not only from the balcony but all around the apartment. The apartment is tastefully furnished, well maintained and the well appointed rooms with bathrooms are beautiful. In the ground floor is a Carrefour Market, Pharmacy, Salon and easy access to the Marina promenade.

    Had such an amazing stay at Harbour Gate Tower 1. Great private residential area if you prefer the quieter Dubai. Not too far away from major attractions although there’s no metro nearby so you may need taxi. Anyway, the taxis are easy to get. The accommodation itself was amazing, comfy, clean and well decorated. Will definitely stay here again.

    We had an amazing stay of 4 nights in the Appartment. It is well located for every must see and do in Dubai. We rented a car and had our own parking spot. The host was very helpful. The check in is well arranged and the building is very new and we’ve made use of the gym and pool. We recommend staying here for a longer stay in Dubai. Especially for the pricing over long stay. Will make use of it again in the future.

    We spent 9 days in apartments Bahar 1 Tower (JBR) with our family of 4. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there. The only thing we would have liked was a dishwasher. The location was excellent. The JBR beach was a 5-minute walk away, and the view from the windows was amazing. There were many restaurants and cafes nearby. It was a 15-minute walk to the Marina Mall and the metro station. The host sent us very helpful and informative instructions, was always available, and quickly resolved any minor issues. We had a great time. We highly recommend these apartments.

    Best value for money (West Tower - Bay Central). I stayed here for a week and loved this place. The building is close to both Marina Bay and the beach, with a lot of good restaurants and 24/7 supermarkets. The apartment is spacious, well equipped (you we’ll find there everything that you might need) and the bed is super comfy.

    Perfect location. Nice pools with warm water. Apartments is better that on photo: very spacious, with a lovely balcony, and well equipped kitchen.There are dishwasher and washing machine, but you have to buy your own washing powder.It was not easy to find the entrance for the first time, so ask the host for detailed instructions.Highly recommended!

    I was staying with my friend in a property at The Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The place was perfect for the kind of vacation we wanted. It is walkable to the mall & public transportation, and has a wonderful restaurant (Ella’s Eatery) as well as a tiny grocery store in the same building. We were able to hail taxis to get us to our destinations that weren’t connected to public transportation. We had a beach day at the Kempinski hotel which has women’s specials some days per week which was incredible. Being in this airbnb felt like home as it had so many amenities that made the stay comfortable and practical. GuestReady provided me with helpful information prior to our arrival, so it was easy to get into the apartment. I am sure that if we needed something during our stay, they wouldve helped us promptly. The apartment itself was overviewing the Marina at The Palm, clean, tidy, and the bed super comfortable to sleep in.

    I love my week-long stay here at Burj Vista Tower 2 in Downtown, Dubai! Everything is ready & available: we can cook, watch good movies, soundtrip, dip in the tub, and even do the laundry & clothes pressing. The cooling system is manageable.I love the kitchen, all the things i need is there which made preparations & cooking easy and convenient.Receptionists are warm & friendly. The cleanliness around and the fresh scent is impressive. The tower entrance is facing right at the impressive Burj Khalifa and indeed, it was a beautiful sight!Theres a connecting bridge about 7-10mins walk going to Dubai Mall, this access is really cool!Space is good for a big family since we got the 2-bedroom apartment. Its like home away from home.Spending my birthday here is extremely awesome and memorable!

    We had wonderful stay in one bedroom apartment right at Souk Al Bahar. Everything is close by, best restaurants, cafes, supermarket are just within 5 minutes walk. Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Boulevard all within walkable distance. Taxis are easily available that are highly recommended over Uber or Careem. Mir Munib is a perfect host who guided us through every single detail. Overall it was a wonderful experience staying in Downtown that exceeded our expectations.

    Beautiful view from the 43rd floor, modern looking and clean apartment. The pool and whirlpool on the 8th floor is just amazing and gives you a wonderful view over the Marina especially at night. The staff at the pool and reception is also very kind and helpful. There is pretty much nothing that could be improved, can only recommend!

    Wonderful stay! I stayed there with my family, the apartment is very clean, neat, bright and has an artistic simple taste in every details. The view from the balcony and the bedrooms is breathtaking! You can enjoy the view of the water and the boats at night, overlooking Dubai eye, the address. Facilities were great, you can enjoy the pool, gem until 10 pm and 24/7 concierge.It’s great to be in-between JBR and blue waters and reach there in few minutes by car. The building in a good location, away from the usual traffic and crowd of the JBR. You can also walk to the JBR using the bridge (it takes around 7 min.).The host is very responsive and the check in/out went smoothly.

    I booked this place when there was no review yet, just before our booking date I read the negative comment about it.Maybe they improved after seeing the last negative comment, because our stay was perfect! The location is few minutes walk from metro, and there are convenience store, and taxi around. It was clean, comfortable, and all the facilities/utilities you need were perfectly working.     We stayed in this beautiful studio apartment in the St. Regis Palm Tower Residences for three nights before moving out of Dubai and it was absolutely perfect for our needs! Inside Nakheel Mall you have shops and restaurants at your doorstep. The apartment is beautiful and clean and quite spacious with a phenomenal view of the Palm and Dubai shoreline, including the Burj Al Arab. Rolando was a perfect host, meeting us at a time convenient to us and showing us around. Five stars.

    Wow wow wow, what a property and what a host, Param could not be any more helpful,it was our very first time using Airbnb and it wont be our last after having the best holiday ever, there were 3 adults and 2 children, plenty of toilets , plenty of space, Very clean apartment,superb location spectacular views, I was new to all this Airbnb band asked the host so many maybe silly questions at all times of day and he was so so patient with me, he was even able to extend our stay at short notice before we arrived and kept the same rates what a brilliant guy!,we loved the swimming pool after a long day of trips, great big shop just opposite to get supplies, taxis easy to get ,tram stop outside too. our host was absolutely outstanding, could not be any more helpful, we had a couple of minor issues delt with in a few hours as was able to leave the key in the safe, very trustworthy, my son had a accident with a hanging piece of furniture and I was very angry at my son but our host said dont worry accidents happen and didnt even charge us, we cannot wait to book again. this property and host are a credit to airbnb and just all round amazing great property and host. dont hesitate this is the place you want to stay, enjoy 😁😍👍🏽

    This place at Dubai Marina has a stunning balcony view where you can see yatchs and life at Marina pass by whole day! The property is a minute away from Marina promenade. In fact, the backside of the building opens up on the Marina through a flight of well lit stairs. There is a small grocery store and a salon in the ground floor of the building itself and there is a much bigger supermarket just 100 meters away which is 24X7 open. The kitchen is well equipped along with the Siemens gas hob and abundant cutlery enough for 8-10 people. The team is always ready with a response, if there is something you wanna ask them about, anytime. You can call a Careem or Uber at the main entrance towards the roadside. We used to order food and groceries over Talabat app which used to get door delivered. We walked to Jumeirah beach which is roughly 10 minute walk. Overall, it was a nice stay place and we will not hesitate to book again next year when we plan our next Dubai trip.

    Very nice studio on 43th floor with great view. Studio is nice and comfortable with all accessories which you need. Pool area is stunning, gym with all equipment and changing rooms includes steam and finish saunas. Andrea is also friendly and helpful. Great choice for living in Dubai.

We had a bit of a hiccup in the beginning where our access cards took a day or two to get activated which was inconvenient to get in and out of the parking and the building.     The apartment was located in a great spot. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The apartmet decor was fabulous. The bathrooms are starting to get a little bit tired and need a facelift but still nice and functional.The view of the palm is breathtaking. If you have a car its a nightmare to get in and out of the marina as its constant traffic jams, but overall a great place to stay.

    Very good location, great view. I like that we can use St Regis swimming pool. And there is a direct access to Nakheel mall either through St Regis lobby or B2 parking. Keep in mind that it’s East window facing. You will see part of Palm and also Burj al Arab. During wintertime it can be a bit chilly but there’s a heater. But during Spring/Summer you won’t need to turn on AC.

    GuestReady duplex apartment is amazing. The location is perfect and views are breathtaking. You can see the Marina, the Palm, the airplane dropping people to skydive over the palm and if you look far right, you will see the Burj Khalifa. The apartment came with everything you need including universal outlet adapters. Has a full kitchen with all the essentials. This has a small balcony. The pool is located on the 41st floor. The tram station is close by, walking distance. The car park is on the lower level. Once you go through the first barrier (scan card to go through first barrier), go straight and make the first right (be sure to have the second barrier card in the car. It auto detects and opens.) Parking spot number is 8 which is conveniently located near the elevator. You can shop at the supermarket on the bottom floor by whatsapp. They will deliver it to the door. The only cons might be that we couldve used new shower curtains and the keyboard did not work. We stayed here for 3 weeks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Guestready communicated promptly through out our stay. Thank You guest ready for a great stay.

    My wife and I had a delightful three-week stay at this Airbnb, giving us a great taste of life in Dubai. The apartments layout and design were beautiful, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of snacks upon our arrival. Useful amenities like a drying rack and vacuum were provided. The only issue we encountered was with the bed size; although advertised as king-size, they were more like queen or smaller. Despite this, the beds were comfortable and the linens clean. The property management could improve instructional videos for the washer and microwave, as they were not very helpful. Googling was necessary to understand some settings. Overall, we loved the building, the friendly doormen, and the easy check-in/check-out process. We would happily stay here again and are even open to buying the property if ever for sale, thats how much we adored it.

    During my recent vacation from November 16th to 23rd of this year, I had the pleasure of staying at a Marina Quays apartment in Dubai Marina, which was rented through Airbnb via the Guest Ready company. The owner of the apartment, Francesca, exhibited a high level of politeness and responsiveness. I requested an additional set of towels and a duvet for our stay with friends, and Guest Ready promptly delivered the required items. Throughout our stay, we felt exceedingly comfortable, as if it were our own home. The location proved to be excellent, providing convenient access to the nearby beach and enjoyable walks along the seaside.The only minor inconvenience we experienced was the noise from car signals. However, overall, everything was satisfactory.

    GuestReady - Green light over Marina.We just had 3 weeks in Dubai and we absolutely loved staying here, the location is perfect...A short walk to the Beach & Marina, Tram & Metro station was a 5-minute walk, and there are shops and supermarkets all around. it’s perfect.The accommodation is better than the photos showed, it had so much room. The Gym is located on Levels 2 & 3, the lift takes you right to it. The equipment was excellent and well maintained, i regularly enjoyed a morning run on one of the treadmills while watching the world go by the big windows.The swimming pool is located on level 3 and is superb. A lifeguard in attendance always and there were plenty of sunbeds & umbrellas available.Our host Katy was excellent, for example, i reported that the main tap in the kitchen had become loose when we were using it (these things happen) and within an hour there was a plumber at the door to replace it, can’t fault that service.Overall, we can’t recommend it highly enough.Cheers Peter

    I stayed in one of their apartments in DIFC and it was great, the apartment was exactly as advertised. It came fully equipped with everything you might need - bed sheets, towels, fully quipped kitchen and even washing powder. The apartment came with a parking space, not that I needed it but a great feature if you want to rent a car. Guest Ready are great and very responsive in case there are any issues. I once emailed them at 11pm about something non-urgent and someone got back to me in about 10 minutes.     Absolutely fantastic experience ! Perfect position in Dubai city center, flat new, clean and large, lots of useful accessories in the kitchen (including coffee machine)The only improvement could be to provide a wider number of towels, as 2 towels (large and small) for each person are not enough for a stay of 8 nights

    Really enjoyed my stay - my apartment at the Marina was in a great location with excellent views and the furniture and design was new, fresh and well presented.My only area for improvement would be for an earlier check in than 4pm and a later check out than 11am. An hour either side would have been amazing.

    The apartment is great - neat, clean and spacious. The location is close to major attractions and a 5 min walk to the metro. The only downside is the construction site just next door where noises can be heard during the day. Not an issue for me as I am an early bird.Definitely great value for money.

    We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Very good location, close to the beach and the Marina bay. The kitchen and bathroom already need to be renovated. The equipment is sufficient, it is necessary to add a kitchen cotton towel. Nice infinity pool. Communication was good and fast, requirements were met, thanks lot.

    Faultless service and stay in Southridge tower 3. Check in was seamless and stress free. The flat was super clean and equipped with everything you need for a longer stay in Dubai. Facilities available were great. The location was also superb! Close enough walking distance to the mall and lots of restaurants too.

    Modern, spacious, bright and clean apartment with amazing views right in the middle of Dubai Marina! I stayed in this place right off the high season after New Years so I found this to be fantastic value for the price! Very inviting place, nicely decorated and one doesn’t even need to go outside because it is so comfortable and inviting! Would definitely stay again, this is a gem! Love all the natural light both in the living room, kitchen and bedroom with the view onto the ocean and skyscrapers. Communication with host was top notch and very friendly!

    We really enjoyed our time at Greens Canal apartment, the location is best next to lunch gardens and ponds, with great proximity to Emirates mall, Marina and the Palm. Beach is 10 min away by car, transport is also near (metro is 15 min walk). The place is very fresh with a separate luggage room, kitchen was well equipped and the nice amenities made it a nice feel. In fact I was chosing between a hotel and this apartment and we were not disappointed! The swimming pool was heated and very beautiful with some Marina view.

    GuestReady provide us a very pleasant stay during in Dubai. Drive around 11 minutes only to downtown Dubai mall, 15 mins to airport.These are plus point :1. Self check in process very easy as the host instructions2. Wifi connection excellent3. Kitchen we only use microwave, fridge & freezer. They do have nespresso machine but no capsules. You can buy/ bring it. There are few mineral water too & coffee tea sachet.4. Tissue, towels, and bath amenities completely provide by them (just need bring ur own toothbrush & paste).5. Parking lot easy as they already have the number.6. Gym quite spacious & complete, there is sauna as well. Swimming pool have for kids, and there’s playground too.7. There is minimarket and salon at lobbyMinus :1. There is construction happening and they didn’t inform us. Quite disturbing in the early morning2. Need to do pest controlOverall we are really happy and will share this to our family and friends who will come to Dubai.

    Great apartment, with exceptional views over the Dubai Marina. The location is perfect, right on the Marina Promenade and a five minutes walk from the JBR beach. A tram station is three minutes away from the building entrance. A parking place is available too, in case guests prefer to rent a car. The apartment was clean and tidy, very welcoming for our small family with one child. We enjoyed spending our mornings in the sun taking long walks on the beautiful Marina Promenade, and the evenings at one of the many excellent restaurants near by.

    The apartment is exactly as per the pictures very nice and very clean. The location is perfect to use public transport or to walk. Many supermarkets at very short walking distance. Nice view from the balcony, quite and nice building overall. Very smooth check in and check out and the host is available all the time. I had a very pleasant stay and for sure I’ll book it again.     Spacious apartment with nice kitchen and bathrooms. An 11-minute drive from Dubai mall, and reasonably close to other tourist attractions. Check-in went smooth. If you had any questions, you can contact the concierge in the hall.Pros are:- own parking space- clean fitness with new equipment- location (10-30 min drive from attractions)Few negatives are:- a couple of stains visible on the couch- fitness not available 24/7 but open until 10 pm- the gas did not work, make a clear instructional video about this from the apartment in question (and not from another apartment)- apartment located at the end of the corridor, which means longer walking and sometimes a long wait for the elevators.

    I totally recommend using their services and staying in one of their apartments. I stayed in collective 2.0 in Dubai Hills and felt completely at home. Comfortable small place, perfect for couples and even with a baby (we stayed with ours). It has all the necessary amenities and appliances, it is also very stylish.     One of the best Airbnb Ive stayed in Dubai.William was super helpful and I ended up staying for over 2 months because of my job.Managed to extend my reservation easily and there was all the cleaning materials, shower gel, shampoo that I needed.The Appartment matched the pictures exactly!Oh and the little patio which gives you direct access to the pool and gym was perfect for a late night swim and to hang out with friends.

    Dubai is hardly a walking city but the location of this apartment is perfect! For convenience, it cant be beaten. There is a pharmacy next door and a grocery store/market across from the parking lot. Behind the buildings are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, bike and scooter rentals, a liquor store, a childrens playground, and even a public exercise park. Its peaceful and serene yet plenty of activity and things to see. The unit has a great view, an inviting balcony, and a well-stocked kitchen with a comfortable bed and an equally comfortable sofa bed. Eduardo and all at Guest Ready are very professional hosts with prompt responses to any questions. Probably one of the best experiences Ive had in any city for a long while. My friend and I really enjoyed staying here and it took a lot of the stress away. Highly recommended.

    Really great apartment, exactly like the photos and immaculate inside, with amazing views over the marina. Having previously lived in Dubai, I knew this location would be ideal for my needs. You are directly on Marina walk so can access all the restaurant all restaurants there easily. Towels, and toiletries such as toilet paper, shampoo, body wash etc were all provided in the apartment which was nice. There was also an iron / ironing board, clothes horse, international plug adaptor so I think they really thought of everything. Check in was easy with clear and simple instructions, and check out was just as simple. Would use guest ready again.

    This location was amazing as its less then 5 minutes walk to Circle mall which literally has everything you need for your stay. We did groceries and other shopping at the mall and our stay was super comfy and felt at home. Its 10 minutes drive to Dubai international stadium, 20 mins to global village, and 30ish mins to downtown Dubai. We enjoyed the peaceful area away from the chaos of the city.
