    I awarded haus & haus a property management contract for my 1 bed in Downtown after extensive self-debate about whether the service would even be worth the money. I was fortunate enough to get Sejal Cholera as my property manager, and she quickly proved she was worth their management fee and more! Sejal was courteous and pleasant to deal with, but what I appreciated even more was her proactivity and her sense of personal ownership. If youll be working with her, I wouldnt even think twice; I know my property and the tenant are in good hands as long as shes on the case.

She is an example of a staff who exemplified what a superior customer service should be. She is genuine, courteous, fair to both the landlord and the tenant. Whenever I have a question, she was available 24x7 through all means of communication especially WhatsUp. I admire her ability to get things done on time without any hesitation with a highly professional manner. She goes above and beyond her role as a property manager to help the landlord and to make the client to feel at ease. She worked with my buyer agent to make sure things are completed in a fair manner for both seller and buyer. I would strongly consider for my future investments and management. Her tenacity, her customer service, her outreach to the resources is greatly appreciated. I would also recommend Ms. Gomes for others to engage her for their investment and management decisions.

    I got the keys!I walked this path through pain and tears.Signed a bunch of papers, studied the nuances of the law, accepted the work, connected the utilities(DEWA), moved in, rented out the apartment at a record price in the area, much higher than the market price with the help of the management company Haus&Haus even before official handover in 10 min after signing contract with them!!!Special thanks to true manager Atif from Haus&Haus.
