The best thing about this apartment, which is perfectly livable, was its amazing location right at the start of The Walk at JBR and close to probably 75 good restaurants, an equal number of retail outlets and a Multiplex cinema.As a visitor to Dubai, you will want to make a lot of use of the tram and Metro rail transit systems, which are integrated, incredible and quite easy to learn to move about on. The JBR 1 tram station is only about three blocks from La Vie and the tram takes you very quickly to and from Metro stations.The other great thing about La Vie is that at has two immediately accessible outdoor pools and then lounge chairs right behind Cove Beach. The location gives you quick access to swimming in the Gulf as well as the pools. One downside is that occupants of the building go down in the morning and put towels on the lounge chairs without actually being there, thus blocking others from using them.The building itself is fine. We had a significant disruption with a huge water pipe break (it didn’t directly impact our apartment) about a week into our one month stay and that had a major effect on the elevators. During the entire balance of our stay either two or three of the five elevators were out of commission thus causing delays in a 36 story building. The apartment is only on the first floor, so if you weren’t carrying things you could always walk up and down, but it still was an undesirable distraction.The apartment itself could be named “shades of beige“ as the color palette runs only from white to light beige for everything from the furniture to the walls, etc. There is a minimal amount of decorative art in it. The couch in the living room, which is also a pull out bed, is low to the ground and not very comfortable. The dining table can seat six comfortably, and there is an outdoor balcony. The only television in the apartment is big screen, and located in the living room. It offers access to the major streaming apps as well as a news channel and YouTube and it worked fine. The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout our stay.The kitchen was minimalist but functional for a one-month day. The only complaint we can offer is that the refrigerator is installed in a way that won’t let the door open completely, and thus the drawer in the bottom of the refrigerator space can’t be opened. The washing machine worked well.The management of the company from which we rented was attentive and checked two or three times to be sure everything was alright, which it was. They even brought extra towels and sheets to make sure we were covered. So no complaints at all there.We would stay there again.

Came here with friends and this wasn’t even supposed to be our main destination. But boy, were we amazed. It felt like we won the lottery for the price of the apartment. We had a full view of the Burj as well as being close to the attractions. There isn’t anything I can complain about.

The apartment is located in a great place. Just 15min driving away from the main tourist attractions. Just 3 min away from the airport. The apartment is clean enough to stay with kids. Only one thing you need to remember is if you arrive early morning they don’t allow you to check in sharp before 3:00pm. Either you have to make the booking for the night before your arrival or stay in a nearby hotel. John the block manager was very helpful whenever was needed.

Daniela’s place was fantastic and the location was amazing. Lovely views of the marina by day and night. A few minutes walk to the beach, food and nightlife.Shop attached to the residence is very expensive so grab the necessities and maybe get a bigger shop somewhere else.Communication was great and the team were there at check in and were very responsive on WhatsApp. They were flexible with the late checkout for a small fee which allowed for more time and enjoyment.Only downside was our original location was changed due to maintenance but this accommodation was an upgrade (although I didn’t see the last place) and sadly we expected king beds in both rooms but that wasn’t the case on moving.That said. I would certainly recommend the place and if available I would stay again.Thank you Daniela and the team.

A safe gated community with an amazing lagoon to enjoy the day swimming. The apartment was well maintained, clean, quiet and comfortable. You really will relax after a long day exploring Dubai. If you are traveling too Dubai, download the Noon app to buy your food items, they can be delivered in less than 20 min. It is very helpful.I want to thanks Himal from Hi Guest! Stayed in this absolutely stunning apartment for 2 months, it had everything I needed for my stay, beautifully decorated and so clean. The views of the city where second to none and the bright lights of the Burj Khalifa every night was spectacular. Location was great a short taxi ride to the city and the magnificent Dubai Mall. The facilities were great and staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you. Would definitely recommend this apartment to stay when visiting Dubai.

Clean and great space in the room. I would give it 5 star except, I arrived on an early flight and checking in took a while, the property doesnt have flexibility to hold your luggage whilst you wait or stroll around till your official check in time. Great Host, speedy response time and easy check-in and check-out. HiGuest’s place at Shams1 Bulding, JBR, Dubai Marina was brilliant. Great location to discover within walking minutes many attractions. Close to the beach and public transportation. The appartment was welcoming, absolutely clean and very stylish. A kitchen with all items one would need with added bonus Coffee and drinking water and more. Nice bathrooms with shampoo and conditioner if needed. Beds were very comfy. Washing machine with laundry detergent. A wonderful balcony with breathtaking view on the beach, gulf sea, JBR coast, ferris wheel at Ain Dubai as well as on Palm Islands. Magnificent! The Apartment is impeccable, Good area 15 by taxi from Dubai Marina. Unbeatable leasing service. Apartment 1-203 has a great view, even though its only on the second floor. The area (JBR) is great. Supermarket: Carrefour in the building. Choithrams is across the street. Viva is one kilometer away. Restaurants: 300 meters towards JBR. Ain Dubai: 1.5 km. The pool is great, and theres a gym inside or outside (public, along the marina).
