    The apartment is located in a great place. Just 15min driving away from the main tourist attractions. Just 3 min away from the airport. The apartment is clean enough to stay with kids. Only one thing you need to remember is if you arrive early morning they don’t allow you to check in sharp before 3:00pm. Either you have to make the booking for the night before your arrival or stay in a nearby hotel. John the block manager was very helpful whenever was needed.

    Check-in process was very smooth. The team was very responsive, usually responding within 1 minute of any inquiry. Also requested for an hour’s extension and they extended it without any additional charge.I would happily spend any upcoming trip at this apartment. Highly recommended.Thank you very much.

    Daniela’s place was fantastic and the location was amazing. Lovely views of the marina by day and night. A few minutes walk to the beach, food and nightlife.Shop attached to the residence is very expensive so grab the necessities and maybe get a bigger shop somewhere else.Communication was great and the team were there at check in and were very responsive on WhatsApp. They were flexible with the late checkout for a small fee which allowed for more time and enjoyment.Only downside was our original location was changed due to maintenance but this accommodation was an upgrade (although I didn’t see the last place) and sadly we expected king beds in both rooms but that wasn’t the case on moving.That said. I would certainly recommend the place and if available I would stay again.Thank you Daniela and the team.

    A safe gated community with an amazing lagoon to enjoy the day swimming. The apartment was well maintained, clean, quiet and comfortable. You really will relax after a long day exploring Dubai. If you are traveling too Dubai, download the Noon app to buy your food items, they can be delivered in less than 20 min. It is very helpful.I want to thanks Himal from Hi Guest! For all the support and kindness, great customer service, we look forward to get their services again in the near future.

    The studio was perfect and equipped with everything we needed. Location was a 10 min walk from Dubai mall and the fountains and Burj. Service was amazing, special thank you to NAZAR who made our trip extra comofrtable and enjoyable!

    I booked an apartment for my cousin with his family who were visiting and they had an amazing experience. The apartment was beautiful and super clean. The communication via their app was really cool and the check in was so easy. The guy let us check in a little early so that was very nice! I would use them again when I have visitors to Dubai.

He made the check-in and check-out process seamless and was available anytime I needed assistance. The communication with him was excellent, and his dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay was truly appreciated. The flat was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches provided by Hi Guest. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend renting through them.

    Stayed in this absolutely stunning apartment for 2 months, it had everything I needed for my stay, beautifully decorated and so clean. The views of the city where second to none and the bright lights of the Burj Khalifa every night was spectacular. Location was great a short taxi ride to the city and the magnificent Dubai Mall. The facilities were great and staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you. Would definitely recommend this apartment to stay when visiting Dubai.

    We had a week long stay at this apartment and it was super comfortable and fun, with a very pretty view.The apartment is very well located, just 7-8 min walk to the DMCC metro station. There is a pharmacy and grocery store right in the premises of the tower.The kitchen and the whole house is well equipped which made it all the more enjoyable and pleasant for us

    The apartment was everything you could have wished for. Friendly receptionists, great location, apartment as described. The HiGuest guys were good any issues they replied instantly. Fixed things and were very friendly. Definitely would rent again from them.

    Clean and great space in the room. I would give it 5 star except, I arrived on an early flight and checking in took a while, the property doesnt have flexibility to hold your luggage whilst you wait or stroll around till your official check in time. This was a great inconvenience as I arrived at 8am for a 3pm check in, couldnt do anything till then.Otherwise was great stay , after checking in the service was super.

    Great Host, speedy response time and easy check-in and check-out. HiGuest’s place at Shams1 Bulding, JBR, Dubai Marina was brilliant. Great location to discover within walking minutes many attractions. Close to the beach and public transportation. The appartment was welcoming, absolutely clean and very stylish. A kitchen with all items one would need with added bonus Coffee and drinking water and more. Nice bathrooms with shampoo and conditioner if needed. Beds were very comfy. Washing machine with laundry detergent. A wonderful balcony with breathtaking view on the beach, gulf sea, JBR coast, ferris wheel at Ain Dubai as well as on Palm Islands. All in all, the flat was amazing and brilliant stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone!Anja Scherr

    The place is very wonderful, the apartment is large, and it has everything, including a dishwasher, a washing machine, a large balcony, and all services, including a grocery store, a café, and restaurants, are close to it. It is approximately 15 minutes away from the Dubai Mall by walking.The employee, Nazar Al-Sayed, was helpful and very courteous, and he did not neglect us from the beginningI recommend living there, it is very safe and comfortable

    We stayed in a residence in JBR, ideally located with a private swimming pool and beach. The apartment is magnificent and very well equipped. Communication with HiGuests via WhatsApp was quick and easy. I highly recommend and we will definitely return, its a 10/10

    Magnificent! The Apartment is impeccable, Good area 15 by taxi from Dubai Marina. Unbeatable leasing service. The common areas (gym, pool, cafeteria) are fantastic and are being improved so that there is a Wellness area, etc.I would propose a change to the sofa bed to improve its comfort. Otherwise everything EXCELLENT!

    The place is more than wonderful, with restaurants and close proximity to the Dubai Mall, and transportation is minimal.Special thanks to Mr. Nizar, who helped us.     Apartment 1-203 has a great view, even though its only on the second floor. The area (JBR) is great. Supermarket: Carrefour in the building. Choithrams is across the street. Viva is one kilometer away. Restaurants: 300 meters towards JBR. Ain Dubai: 1.5 km. The pool is great, and theres a gym inside or outside (public, along the marina).
