Weve lived in Murano2 for 4 years and one thing were grateful for was having to deal with an inhouse maintenance team that gets all our maintenance issues done. All staff are always respectful and does their job with a smile. All thanks to their manager Alana who leads by example, whom Ive met coincidentally a few months after moving in. We only had one key card which is used to open the door from the parking and to gain access to all amenities, hence me always waiting for someone to open the gym door for me. Luckily Alana approached me and asked me what I needed as I stood infront of the gym door, I explained to her that I dont have an access card since its with my husband and im waiting for the lifeguard to come back from his break to let me in. On the spot she dealt with my issue and I got the access card. The fact that she showed concern and willingness to help me without me even asking made me remember her kindness all those years we lived there. So when we needed something done in the apartment thats not covered by the lease contract agreement, we hired their team to fix things for us and we felt confident that the quote they provide us is always fair and competitive as compared to other maintenence companies outside.Alana is easy to deal with because shes approachable, if we have something important or urgent she made us feel that we can call her plus shes always in her office in cases we needed to speak to her in person.Again, thanks to Alana and her team for doing their job well, it made our stay in the apartment stress-free and happy.
