To be honest I read the bad reviews and thought the worst. Ive had to use them for 4 different requests in the last ten days and they have been excellent. Everything was pushed through quick and no issues. Made moving in a lot simpler than expected

Evidently something must have changed from the time of earlier reviews since I had a very positive experience.I was able to get my move-in permit very quickly over a couple days of emails, and even get phone support on my initial call attempt regarding a change of dates.I was able to get (purchase) access cards on my first visit to the office, which didn’t take too long and the person helping me was amiable too.Even the building security managed to fix a small leak and clear out some discarded supplies in the common and service areas (Sadaf 7).Maybe they’re in a good mood after Eid, but after repeated exchanges with the team here, it seems they’re just good in general.Of course it helps to have all documents ready and all dues cleared as well.
