Sparkle towers is the best place to live in Marina.The Sparkle towers building is truly outstanding, especially the security guard Dominic. I want to share my sincere admiration for the work of the security guard in this residential complex, during all the time I have never come across a more attentive, kind, and responsible staff member. He doesn’t just do his job he truly puts his heart into it. Dominik is always present, always polite, friendly, and ready to help. He recognizes the residents by face, keeps a close eye on who enters the premises, and does all of this with great respect and tact. Thanks to him, I genuinely feel safe. I have often noticed how he helps neighbors, greets couriers, gives directions to visitors, and simply talks to everyone with a smile. His human approach makes a big difference. People like him that make you want to stay in this place long-term. I want to say a big thank to Dominik for his professionalism, care, and kindness. It’s truly reassuring to know that someone like him is looking out for our home. I hope his work is noticed and appreciated as it deserves to be. The building is also good

KAIZEN were recruited by the developer to snag our new townhouse and compete the handover process. We haven’t used a snagging company before but we’re really impressed with the service and would definitely use this company again.Mr Joemon was the professional that came to work with us and he was outstanding! He was courteous and polite, very supportive and very efficient. He is extremely knowledgeable, works very methodically and was able to spot a lot of things that we hadn’t seen plus point out things that could be an issue later down the line. He worked with us until the end and came back to check if the work had been done before signing off and making his final recommendations.I would definitely recommend KAIZEN, and Mr Joemon specifically!

He knows everyone and everything happening within the building which has been so helpful. We had the most stay at air BnB in Creek Vistas. The location is perfect just short walk to restaurant at coffee shops. Few minutes drive to downtown. The building reception service made sure we know everything from self check in to amenities to check out details. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for a self check in system but still fell valuable and assisted.

MAG-535-Maintenance and security members are supportive they always listen the problem and try to provide best solution in their ability..Lack of play grounds like cricket/badminton/tennis/pedal tennis within the community…Atleast one tennis court along with 2 cricket nets can be constructed..Overall kaizen service is good..

I had a wonderful stay at Creek Vistas Building, I highly recommend rhis place because of its cleans and comfortable rooms. Top noth meniirs and attentive staff. Thank you Cynthia anf the gentleman with turban is very helpful. This place feels like home. I was impressed by the efficiency of check in and out as this is a self service thing, but still they are very helpful. Have a great one team. You are the best!

Misab is exceptionally smart. Very easy to deal with. I admire his patience throughout the call. He has been polite, professional and helpful. He push his self to the best of his abilities to find ways to help me. He took ownership of the call which is very admirable. We barely get to interact with someone who will take so much of accountability to make you feel that your concerns are well taken care of.
