    If Excellence was a company it would be described in Key View. We traveled to Dubai for the first time with kids, this was simply hassle free. We arrived at 5am, our checkin agent had messaged us once we arrived at the airport and guided us through, he met us at the building and helped us to checkin. He also messaged us later on in the day to check if we weee okay🤞 truly felt like we were family. We also had a lot of questions on where to go and forms of transport, they assist with all the information so quickly this felt like we were their only clients. The apartment was in the heart of Dubai Marina, ocean view, high floor, spacious. We will definitely be back again… and obviously to key view Dubai.

    Key View is a excellent option for apartment stays in Dubai. I travelled on vacation and enjoyed staying in the clean apartment booked with all the necessary amenities.     I booked an apartment through Airbnb, to stay in on my 8 day visit to Dubai @ Glamz Tower 2, Jebel Ali Village. Throughout the process I was kept informed of everything and my questions were answered quickly.Our check-in agent/host Mashif was great! He guided me through checking in, didnt mind that I arrived a little early and answered all my questions. The apartment is fantastic, amazing view. The area is being developed currently but that didnt take away from my experience, amenities and metro all within 5 minutes walk of the apartment.I didnt know how to get the gas working and Mashif guided me through the process. Thank you for the amazing stay in this beautiful city, and Ill be using you again in the future!

    We rent apartments with KeyView agency at Marina in August 2023. Want to tell great thanks for kindly service and helps to managers Alida, Clifford and Punnet. By the way apartment was not first freshness also we had a good time there. It was a great location and all we need there was in apartment. Recommend this agency to all tourists and tenets.     I stayed near the Dubai Marina, the apartment was great with great views. The agent who checked me in was beyond great! He was very responsive and answered all my calls. He recommended some stores with great sales - the agent was Luiy and I super recommend him. He will go above and beyond with his hospitality and recommendations to do in UAE.

    Had a really nice stay at Belgravia 3 thanks to key view.Usman provided a great check in experience to make sure I was all set. The building staff were fantastic and really helpful with helping me bring my stuff in.The apartment is beautiful and is a great environment to be in.The only thing I would ask is if the curtains could be bigger as they didn’t cover everything in the bedroom.Apart from that, a really great experience.

    This was a trip to COP28 so the location was well suited for EXPO city. The apartment is well priced with good facilities. Gym is busy and a very relaxing pool. Clothes cleaning, reasonable restaurants and a small mall are on hand. A shout out to Usman for his support. 🙏🏻

    This place is in a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome views and restaurants in Dubai. The place is great, felt right at home, very clean and has everything you need. The view from the apartment was something I just couldnt get over! It was phenomenal.     Definitely will come back if l visit Dubai again. The apartment looked clean and nice, kitchen equipped with whatever you need. Parking is easy and direct to the building. I appreciate Nate for his help and excellent response for timely check in. Location is 10-15 mins to everything you look for in Dubai. Finally, location surrounded with supermarkets 24/7 and restaurants.

    We had a great time using this apartment which was well equipped with everything and also well located next to the marina. Our host Noufel was very nice he greeted us when we arrived and made sure we we had everything and happy with the apartment. The TV was not working so he quickly fixed it.We definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family staying in dubai.

    We are rented an apartment for us through this agency. What can I say - the staff is very friendly, especially Amir. Our request was for a quick check-in and we were settled in 30 minutes, after choosing an apartment and it was late in the evening, we were pleasantly surprised.     The apartment is very neat, specious and well ventilated.The host was always on hand 24/7.     This is the first time I’ve booked an Airbnb on a trip to Dubai (I usually book hotels) but I will definitely be booking this on my future trips! Not only is it a really nice apartment but the service and assistance from Keyview was amazing. Amir was so helpful with everything regarding our stay as well as recommendations with new things to do here. He came to personally check everything ran smoothly with check in and to ensure we were comfortable. The location of the apartment is great! There is a lot to do around the area without the noise of being on the main beaches. It’s close enough that you can get everywhere so easily and quickly. The space is perfect, it’s really well kept and I will definitely be booking Key View apartments going forward on my trips here! 🤩

    Visited Dubai this Jan and took this gorgeous 1 bedroom apartment in JVC through Key View. Very clean apartment and building, all our requests were attended to, whether extra towels or help with luggage. We dealt with Amir, he is polite, always reachable and there for us. Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean and 5 stars services at an affordable rates.

    I stayed at the South Ridge apartment for 2 months and it was a great experience. The location is outstanding, less than 5 min walk from the Boulevard and few min from Dubai Mall.The apartment is very clean, and Key View Staff are very professional and reliable. Whenever I faced a problem with the light bulbs they would send someone to fix it right away.Thank you so much. Ill definitely come back and stay here again!

    A beautiful Villa in Dubai Hills away from home! Stayed with my young children, and we loved saying there.The garden is spacious and i appreciated the gate around the pool.     Our stay at Key view was great. Great location and stunning view. and Clean Facilities. How ever we did not receive a pass to venture to the pool and gym but overall great stay. The person who checked us in was Nufel. He defiantly made the check in process easy.

    I’ve stayed a Key View property 3 times now in my travels to Dubai. All three experiences have been great. Key View has been very accommodating to my schedule. Most of my flights get in around midnight so someone has to be available to let me in late.On my last visit Amir went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of after getting in at 2am. He was ready and waiting for me at the property to make sure I was well taken care of. Can not recommend Key View and Amir enough. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

    I’ve made a booking with Key View Marina Park for 2 weeks. I arrive very early yesterday, although their policy doesn’t allow early check in but Ameer (the property manager) has helped us check in before 8 a.m. I also had trouble with the AC and he helped us fix it within 24 hours. So far so good 😊

    Im adding this as an addition to my original review. So please ignore what I wrote below about Ameer. When I arrived, I didnt get my access card as the previous guest who stayed there apparently lost it. To make it clear, the card is particularly important! You CAN NOT enter the block without it, no gym, no pool, and none of the other facilities. I tried to go to the pool without the card, hoping that someone would take me in and was stuck there for 20 mins because you cant even leave the parking lot without the card.I waited till Thursday and called Ameer who started ignoring all my calls and messages and when I went to security to understand why its taking so long to issue a card, they told me that it was because the apartment owner hasnt paid for the card thats why. So yes, 0 support, lying to the client, not paying a few dirhems to solve my issue but ignoring the client and their concerns. Worst host Ive ever had. Im talking to Airbnb team to move me out to another place.PREMATURE REVIEW BELOW_______________________________________________________________Amir was very helpful and made the whole check-in process very smooth. The apartment was also very nice, as shown in the pictures - spacious, modern and clean.

    We took the service of KeyView, we had an amazing stay. The property was beautiful, very clean and cozy, well maintained and has a spectacular view. The best thing happened in the trip was Mr. Amir as our DRI, he was very patient, cheerful and very helpful. Even during the mid night, his response to our query was at a lightning speed.

    Perfect Airbnb host in Dubai, they are punctual and flexible. Apartment was clean and location is perfect, 15 min walking distance from fountain. Few defects in the furniture but not a big deal and won’t ruin your stay, I promise. I highly recommend them.

    I’ve used Key Views recently to book my parents a place while they came to visit. The apartment I chose in Business Bay was really conveniently located close to the metro and beautifully furnished. My dad adored the comfy bed. They were assigned Clifford to oversee our reservations and any queries they had throughout their one week stay. He was very responsive and accommodating.I would definitely use Key Views again for any future bookings 👍🏼

    My business partner and i booked this room when we had to make temporary arrangements for our stay in Dubai. The communication and response time was great during our stay.They answered our questions within good time. The apartment was exactly what we needed. Very clean with all amenities described and more. Very cosy 2 bedroom apartment. If you do not have a car and Uber will be fine, they also shared all the necessary public transport that are close by that we can use and also food delivery companies like Talabat which was great info shared. The room is very spacious and light with plenty of windows with blinds not curtains so we had a good mornings rest before our flight.We used the pool twice and it was clean, used the gym once. WiFi was brilliant, great fast connection.Will definitely only book through Key View on my next Unplanned stay

    I recently stayed at Appartement Hotel, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we checked in, the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room was impeccably clean and had everything we needed and more. The location was great—close to tons of shops and restaurants.     So, if you are pretending to be fancy, posing, etc., go and book apartments in Burj Khalifa. Otherwise, these guys are pretty professional. The apartment that we booked via Airbnb was great: clean and fresh. Loiy, our agent, was great. Highly recommended for wise people.

    I stayed for 5 nights at the apartment. It was one of the best experiences of air bnb.The location cant be better. Its right next to the beach and the JBR walk. Restaurants and groceries are at the door step. The apartment itself was very clean. It was very spacious, had 3 bedrooms and a maids room. Everything you could possibly need was available in the apartment. I am particularly thankful for the toys provided. My kids had a great time playing with them.I would particularly like to thank Mr Coetzer for early check-in. We arrived at around 1pm and he was already waiting for us at the building. He showed us around the apartment. A very courteous and kind man.I would highly recommend this apartment.

    Such a nice place. Stayed here for Arab Health for 4 nights. Wonderful view. Convenient store, restaurants, even the beaches all walking distance. Crazg thing is Mr.Amirr contacted me in 7am right after my arrival to Dubai if everything was ok trying to help me whether i could get here safely. He even helped me for early check for 3 hours after kept updating me via whatsapp. If there is more than 5 stars i would give. I will dwfinitely come visit here again. Thanks Amirr and Key View!!!

    I can not thank the team at Key View enough for their help, professionalism, kindness and care. They worked long hours to turn a Villa around for me in less than 24hrs for my wedding family who’s Villa was cancelled last minute with no explanation. Harrison, Andre and Katie made sure everything was perfect from start to finish even after they said there might be a few hiccup as they usually take 2 weeks to have a property ready for guest. I would highly recommend Key View to anyone who’s looking for a genuine and honest company to work with or be a guest at one of their beautiful homes.     I booked an apartment with Key View at Address Marina based on the recommendation of a trusted friend who had used Key View before. The apartment was lovely and great value for money. The staff at Key View were always super helpful and friendly to deal with. Andries and his team were excellent and always available via whatsapp. When I first arrived there was a shortage of glasses which they replaced immediately. I cant recommend them highly enough. They have a wide choice of accommodation options to cater for most tastes. Staying in a residence linked to a 5* hotel was far better value than staying in the hotel itself with access to all the facilities.

    Myrecent stay was arranged by Keyview in Dubai. Their staffs are quite co-operative and friendly. We had faced no hassles in check-in or check out. Only one improvement required with regards to accomodation provided. Many of the stuffs such as bath room hanger broken, 2nd BR doorlock broken , Nail on the floor of the bathroom - potential for causing injury, etc. were there at the time of our check-in. Hope these will be taken care soon.
