    I have dealt with Nitch last 2 years and found her to be very pleasant to deal with. Always responsive and communicative with good advice. I was at Burj Royale Downtown when she was finalising the handover and I was impressed with her level of expertise. Through this experience, I bought another property and will consider expanding my portfolio with MMP.

    Manage my Property is a dynamic company, attentive to the needs of the customer, whether it is the owner or the tenant.  The owner, Marcello Arcangeli, has competence and professionalism, as well as a deep knowledge of the laws of the country: he is therefore an excellent consultant capable of giving the right advice to customers.  His staff is also made up of quality people, cordial and competent, and I was pleased to note the presence of many young people and many women.  I met Marcello for an interview and I had confirmation of what I had been told by friends who entrusted their properties to him.  Finally, I must say that the company headquarters can also be easily reached using the subway.

    I consider myself lucky once I have signed with MMP property management a contract. I have been fortunate to have Mrs. Nitch Claire Loa as my property manager.Nitch by day one, even before handling the property and being in her list of active ones, have been very caring,supported, and answered every means of communication from me yo her or in reverse . I was leaving messages, sending Whatsapp voice or text and emails during the off hours weekends and what I wanted her to answer with her time ease away saving her private time with her mother and small bountiful child which I her her voice in the back ground when answering me.She has been an asset in claiming and helping me to end and transfer the management from the other dissasteroud and lazy confused management company personnelTo speed up the process of transfer of management, she managed to pay the required fees and outstanding balance, which I will pay later as agreed with her.I wish her an MMP all the success and fruitful pleasant and profitable 📈 business for all for decades / years to come....Thanks 😊 a million Nitch !Owner

    Their service is great. I have no problems while transitioning to my new place. Especially with the help of Kuya Ray, whos so hands on regarding the requirements needed to fast track my transfer to the studio. Definitely would recommend their services to other people.

    I’ve just used MMP to manage my villa rental while I am out of the country. They have been great dealing with my tenant, and answering questions from both sides. The contract signing, and maintenance requests have been easy to handle. The option for digital signatures makes life very easy while abroad. So far they seem to be a very professional company, and they know what they are doing.
