    I have been living here for one year. I’m happy the building management is always very responsive and helpful, especially Ms. Jessa Ruaya; she is very kind, responsive, and knowledgeable about her work.The maintenance service is fair, but they have slow responses, and sometimes, they don’t solve the problem or come back to follow up.There were community family activities, but they stopped after Ramdhan. I hope they bring them back.

    I have lived at Al Manal Tower since 2021 and it truly is a home away from home. All the staff are lovely and as a woman living alone for most of the time I feel very safe and happy.The gym is brilliant and has brand new equipment and the beds are exceptionally comfy.The cleaning staff do an amazing job of cleaning my room and maintaining very high cleanliness levels across the hotel.The security team and valet team are also extremely welcoming and cheerful, and very helpful whenever I need assistance. They never fail to greet me with a cheerful hello and make me feel welcome.In particular JB Jaymar on reception has made my time living there extremely enjoyable and easy. He is so responsive on WhatsApp and in person, and whenever I need something he goes out of his way to help me. He goes above and beyond his job description and like the rest of the team he is always cheerful, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

    This is the third year renting apartment with Middle world properties. The Wafra residential tower have state of art apartment very nicely finished. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Maintenance team intervene promptly on call. The swimming pool is fantastic. The Gym is little but efficient. The common areas are well maintained and nice. The rent fee is adequate to the service provided and the location is strategic: just crossing the road you are in the Reem Mall with all what you need and more. Recommended!
