    Bought 2 phones and 1 laptop. Delivery on time and product as described. No complaints. Only wish they has a tracking system to know if the order was shipped. As I was not at home when the shipment arrived. Nonetheless, customer service on chat was helpful, though at times a bit slow to reply. But good job guys. Will buy from them again.

    First time experience with MikenSmith, purchased an iPhone X. I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience – right from placing the order to receiving it at my doorstep. The website was easily comprehensible and comfortable to use. The product was at a competitive price and was very well detailed so I could know what exactly I would be paying for. Placing the order was as quick as a snap. After-Sales service was great – it was a pleasure speaking to both, Alex and the delivery man. Very professional team with a very fast, same day delivery. Delivery was made within 5 hours of placing the order. I got a free back cover along with the phone, which was a nice surprise.I would definitely look to MikenSmith for my next electronic purchasing needs and would recommend family and friends to do the same.

    Recently bought a new MacBook Pro from MikeNSmith and I am extremely happy with not just the product but also the Pre-Sales and Post-Sales service that Ive received from the team. Both Alex and the delivery person (didnt catch his name) did a great job in keeping me informed about the order at all times and delivered the order way faster than anticipated. I received it within 6 hours of placing the order (same day delivery). Alex did a great job of guiding me through the selection process and was extremely patient when posed with a million question from a newbie like me. Would totally recommend these guys to my friends and family.

    My second time ordering from MikeNSmith. First time I purchased a one plus 3T. This time Note 8 128gb. Always friendly and helpful. Was promised a call back regarding stock in 1 hour and was actually called back after only 15 minutes. Phone was delivered same day after around 5 hours as promised. Sealed original packaging. They have also replaced a broken screen on the oneplus 3T for me at a resonable price and with a quick turnaround. Will not purchase on the high street again - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

    Never heard of Mike n Smith before but while browning online I came across their website and read a lot of reviews before making a decision on buying a mobile through them. I had ordered the phone online at 0100am and I received it at 1230pm, which was really surprising and great...although I live in Abu Dhabi. Hats off to your team Mike n Smith!

I highly recommend Hightech services from cleaning, to moving they were will me all the way through every stage/ step. They have a highly professional team. John in the cleaning team assigned professional ladies to assist me, Imdad, Rakesh, Aftab, Dinesh, Malik in moving made sure not only everything was moved but also stayed till they had completed the entire shifting patiently and moved even the smallest thing up to my satisfaction.
