Been living in the building since 2019, the level of service and cleanliness have not gone down one bit. The staff are all pleasant and helpful and hats off to the building management especially Ms. Zeinab, who even during Covid was able to remain ontop of things. Im proud of the building I live in as it is one of if not the best in DSO.

I have to apprecite how clean is it , no noise , very very very professional and respectful administation , Kassem the manager smart and strict in running the buisiness ,Yvettte from admin offices amazing and follows up on details ,Manu from finance and all staff , amazing People and they make life easier with their follow up on details and respect to tenants .Building is very easy to access from main road, away from traffic , has a huge clean Grandoise supermarket on the G Level that has all kind of groceries, Bakery, butchery, Cafe, shwerma, ready food that can be very convenient to people who cook or dont ,and their staff is amazing as well !Pharmacy, Dry clean, Silicon Central Mall , amazing roads behind it to walk , near market without the traffic or noise of it .Has a lake nearby , has hospital near by as well and business Park and Virtual offices in Digital Park nearby .Highly recommend this place to live in , I Still do !

It has been a hassle-free stay for me and my entire family in MM Towers. The project is no doubt one of the best in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Management is strong and they make sure that they provide best facilities to the tenant. It is very close to LULU and all the facilities are available close by. They deal professionally with refundable amount and deduct very reasonable if requires. We feel grateful to have been blessed with such an understanding and supportive team of MM Tower. I will strong recommend anyone to rent the apartment in this project. You will really enjoy the stay with professional people. Thanks

I lived here for 4 years as a single lady. Building is very safe and secure, guards are friendly and I would like to thank the management for their extreme help and support. Manu and Mr. Ghasem helped and provided me with excellent support since the day I joined and till the day I left.

Honestly, the building is Amazing. I do not agree to the previous 2 reviews of the building. The building was new and was taking shape. As of today, its probably the best or one of the top 3 Buildings to stay in DSO. From the Swimming Pool maintenance to the Gym to the new playing area for children and sky terrace. The building has it all and all in mint condition. Moreover, service is quick and on one phone call. Any small issues are being fixed before its late. The apartments are spacious and cleanliness is maintained.

MM TOWER IS AN amazing apartment to stay with family..it has a lot of facilities here for kids and adults..the best super market in dso, cafe, pool, play area, excellent parking, well-made building. Its very difficult to find such buildings in dubai with a perfect cleanliness all over the building.all the maintenance team guys are really excellent and very prompt with their work. Zainab their manager is super fast with her work and always ready to help..I.am.glad I live here

Undoubtedly the best in DSO! Security and maintenance are top-notch. This is one place where you will not find pests. Staff are very cordial and smiling. It is a great flat in a great building. I like and prefer to live in it.It is a new and clean building. The cleaning company is five star. There are air freshners everywhere which is good as I don’t like the cooking smoke/smell.The car parking is wide so I can park my car without having scratches.The GYM and swimming pools are very clean and having a nice smell.Kids and adults can swim.I can find all of the services I want near by , such as:1. Supermarket is in the same building (free delivery). And there are extra 4 supermarkets more that are very near.2. Advanced GYM (2 minutes walking).3. Praying Masjid (7 minutes walking - 1 minute driving).4. Silicon Central - Lulu Hypermarket (5 minutes driving).5. I can easily reach the building and leave it; it is near to the roundabout and return.6. Six different Restaurants are very near and they are delicious.7. Souq Extra Mall is very near (5 minutes driving) and it have more than 20 shops).Finally, I can say that this building is in the strategic place. I had spent a week to search about such as is location with mentioned services.

Being a resident of MM towers for the last two years has been a pleasure. Its an ultimate place to live in with great amenities, top notch infrastructure and a dedicated management. The security, cleaning and maintenance staff are extremely prompt and efficient thanks to their building Manager - Ms Zainab who ensures personal supervision and follow ups & also credit to the GM Mr Ghasim along with his team for being extremely supportive and friendly !! Huge spacious rooms with a beautiful uninterrupted view makes this place worth living. It easily stands out from any of the other properties in DSO.
