Sara made me discovered Dubai Hills, a hidden gem in Dubai, far from the air and noise pollution of the center city, with little communities, green surroundings and amazing facilities. I bought a T2 apartment at Collective on the ground floor with a great Terrace viewing a beautiful swimming pool. Since then, I am having an amazing time home, and would always remain grateful to her, Ben and the whole Nexus team that have negotiated a very interesting purchase price for me, they have guided me and supported me during the whole process of purchasing despite all my silly questions. Dear readers of this review,Me and my wife lived in Abu Dhabi for 7 years and for various reasons we decided to move to Dubai.We came back to UAE from a 2,5 months travel in Asia and with 30 cubic meter household stored in Abu Dhabi, we had no choice but to check in at a hotel whilst looking for an apartment.After scouting around we decided that Dubai Marina is where we wanted to live, and then the real hard work to find the right apartment started............It was frustrating to browse websites, clicking we are interested and driving to what looked like amazing apartments on the websites, just to find out that pictures and reality is far, far from the same...........However, after two weeks looking at 15+ apartments with 10+ different brokers, we repeatedly circled back to Silverene Tower, which attracted us with it’s well-maintained building, professional staff and high standard apartments.The problem was to find the type of apartment in Silverene Tower that we were looking for, and all brokers said it’s none available.However, when we clicked we are interested on one apartment elsewhere, Alex Dickson from Nexus Point Real Estate, replied and asked what we were looking for.I said that ideally, we’re looking for a specific type of apartment in Silverene Tower, but it seems impossible.........Alex asked if he could come back to us after checking what’s available, and he truly came back with an impressive proposal!!!He told us that he has arranged for us to see 5 apartments of our type in Silverene Tower between 5 pm and 7 pm the next day!!!So, going from none-available, this amazing young guy manage to arrange for us to see 5 apartments in one shot and believe it or not, we actually found one of them to be our dream apartment!!!The story doesn’t end there, Alex also helped us fixing the EJARI, DEWA and INTERNET by physically going with us to get everything registered, which all other brokers said we must fix ourselves!!!He also handled the practicality with papers and keys etc. personally at our doorstep!!!So, from struggling for weeks, Alex manages to get us our dream apartment in a few days, totally hassle free!!!THANK YOU ALEX 😊😊😊

We are very happy that it was Roman who helped us with renting an apartment in Dubai Creek Beach. It was clear from the first meeting that we were not just dealing with a realtor, but a person who really knows his business and can make the process easy and comfortable.Roman is incredibly cheerful and open, we were constantly joking with him, and all communication was easy and with a smile. At the same time, he was always ready for a constructive dialogue on the price and really helped to agree on fair and reasonable conditions. Special thanks for helping us find a second parking space and get a card for entry - with two cars, this was critical!This is probably the only realtor who can confidently say what the height of the ceilings, the size of the tiles and the width of the built-in refrigerator are - and he really knew such details that we ourselves would not even have asked. Roman explained in detail which applications should be installed for life in the area, how to get discounts in cafes, how passes work and generally shared a lot of useful information that saved us time and nerves.He took on the entire process of registration: we simply sent the documents, and then he did everything - right up to the point that he came to our home so that we could calmly sign everything on the spot.
