After 20 years of experience freak Esate and dealing with many owners Assoaation companies i will say they are one of the best of the market , you cannot keep every one happy in the services sector, special in this industry when many of the elements out of the control of the OA company when it come to energy cost, construction quality, ....etc , and keeping The landlord , tenant and developers happy at the same time.
