    5 stars isn’t enough!! Andrew was top class from start to finish with the process of me getting my first rental property in Dubai. From the first viewing to key handover, he was professional while friendly and approachable, and couldn’t have made the process any easier for me. Not to forget Jyoti in admin, who was so knowledgeable and helpful with absolutely everything. When I visited the office for signing and cheque writing, there was a friendly atmosphere from the whole office team who were always polite.     Beyond excellent. Highly recommend.My experience with RE/MAX, and especially PK Properties, was outstanding. It truly exceeded all expectations. After moving from London to Dubai, I spent a month in a hotel to give myself time to find the best apartment. I worked with 2-3 agents, but Islam from PK Properties stood out immediately. From the moment I inquired, Islam responded quickly, and we viewed several properties - one of which was exactly what I needed. He also helped me well beyond to make it fast as I was still setting up admin etc. Also his team pretty much immediately responded to every single WhatsApp message through the office one (cool feature!) and I think helped me save literally days of admin and work to sort everything out as well as organising my DEWA (electricity and water - kinda like council tax in U.K.) and all papers/forms to submit it. So yes Islam’s help combined with the team’s seamless coordination via WhatsApp, made the process exponentially faster. Everything was done within a week! I highly recommend working with them - you won’t regret it.

He has been with me through out the whole process of purchase and has been solving lots of silly queries of mine with a lot of ease.     Bruno D helped us in renting our first flat in Dubai. He did an amazing job in providing us with all the info we need and guided us through the process. It’s our first time renting an apartment in Dubai, but Bruno put us at ease and made us feel so comfortable. I would really recommend him if you’re looking to buy or rent a property.     I have recently been assisted in finding a property to rent in Dubai by Robert MacDowell. The experience has been amazing. Robert was extremely patient and really helped me to evaluate the apartment and understand if it would meet my needs. He was very flexible and willing to accommodate special requests I had. Subsequent to signing the lease, Robert supported me every step of the way with all the paperwork and contractual elements to be concluded. I felt I had a very personalised and professional experience with Robert specifically and PK properties in general. Once I moved in, I found everything in the apartment is as promised and any snags have sorted out promptly and professionally by their Customer Services team. All in all, this has been a very pleasant experience and I would recommend PK Properties to anyone looking to find a place to live/holiday in Dubai.
