    This review is more for the person who I deal with more than the property.Mr. Ali Youssef, a true gentleman, is one of the most soft spoken and empathetic person I have ever come across.     I visited today the office of royal elite to do the settlement for the cancellation of my flat. Mr Madhu helped what I need to do for the cancellation of my flat. He still gives his good customer service even I didn’t renew the flat. If you need to get flat from them I recommend Mr. Madhu so you will get a clear and good customer service

    They are good people. Maintenance is also done on time provided we do the required formalities such as filling up of form, sending photos, etc. My experience is good.Especially Mr. Faisal in the maintenance department is very helpful and keeps us updated with real updates as and when we ask him. No false promises by him. I appreciate it and the complete maintenance team. Delays happen in getting approval from the concerned authorities but its not in the hands of the maintenance team.I have faced no major issues for any of my requests with complete Royal Elite Real Estate team.👍

The reason Im writing this review is because I had a bad experiences with another real estate company. Ms. Sheryl and this company have been a breath of fresh air. Theyve made dealing with accounts and payment as easy as possible, its such a relief after the nightmare I went through before from another company.
