I have a completely positive experience with the company. Specifically, I worked with Vladimir. I didn’t have to run around strange apartments a lot, they listened and took into account my requirements and offered to look through several options. Most of me were completely satisfied and had to choose based on little things and feelings.Also helped with process, solved all the questions that I had. We did it, as they say, on a turnkey basis.And now they periodically ask me about my accommodation and answer my questions.Great service!Thanks a lot

I have recently dealt with Royal Homes Real Estate to move homes. I contacted Vladimir Serov who was outstanding from start to finish and still after I have moved he has checked to make sure everything is okay with the new apartment. Moving is a stressful time and we had a short amount of time to move and I am so thankful for Vladimir as he relieved so much pressure with his help/ support he gave. Nothing was ever too much for him and always willing to help. If you are looking to move please contact this guy, you will not regret it!

We have recently moved Apartments. After having extremely poor experiences with real estate agencies who promise you the moon and then leave you to struggle it was refreshing to have found Mr. Kalpesh Thakkar, from Real Home Real Estate. Kalpesh is extremely professional and was there with us the entire journey which lasted close to 4 months as we were very picky about the Apartment we wanted to live in. He showed us multiple units which ticked all our boxes till we finally settled in on one. He assisted us with the Moving In formalities and is still in touch with us unlike most other agents who disappear into thin air the minute they get their commission cheque.I would strongly recommend Kalpesh to anyone who is looking to buy / rent property in Dubai. I must admit you dont find professional realtors like Kalpesh Thakkar and we feel blessed we found one.

In January, I was looking for an apartment in Dubai to purchase. I contacted several real estate companies and spoke with different agents, including Royal Home Real Estate Dubai. I chose to cooperate with them because I was very lucky with the manager Vladimir Serov (many thanks to him!). He was in touch with me 24/7, answered all my questions as quickly as possible (there were a lot of them), explained to me all the pros and cons of different options for apartments, developers, selected the most favorable payment terms and even went after work to film the construction of a house and the territory nearby, since I was physically in Moscow) And of course he helped me choose the most ideal option) The deal was drawn up very quickly and all the documents were delivered to me within a few days).
