This process proved to be complex and could have taken a long time, which would have resulted in unnecessary additional costs since payments had already started without me being able to operate the property. The approach of the manager, Brother Shadi, was very sophisticated, and to be honest, he represented me well and accomplished my work as if I was the one doing the work. From my experience, I have 10 apartments under the management of RTI. There are no complaints. They have good property management, there is no delay in depositing the due checks, there are no claims or they occur, and there is attention to the cleanliness of the apartments after receiving them from the tenant.
