    Building is maintained by SBK Real EstateWe are currently residing in Amir Building near Al Qusais Industrial Area 5.The watchmans appointed here are well spoken and helpful, only concern is that they get replaced yearly. The moment you feel you have a talented watchman who handles everything so well then suddenly a new one comes.Vishnu who was the earlier watchman was one of the best we have had !! Truly hardworking and always on his toes, current one is also good. But the presence is Vishnu is truly missed!Building/ Property is well maintained and kept neat at all times.A nice place for family to move hereAlso they have an amazing party hall area that needs to be pre-booked. Till date I have organized many parties for my daughters birthday.I have a feedback though - play area on 4th floor they need to get some slides/ make a garden for ppl to relax. (Make try and get this organized winters is approaching soon)In maintenance- Mr Sukhdev Singh visited us this morning 26th Nov and he has done an amazing job in getting our bathroom geaser area leakage fixed and ensured everything that has been rusted/ damaged is been replaced.Hardworking and a very efficient person.Did the job with ease and completed the entire work within no time.The best part about him was that he cleared all the waste and kept the bathroom clean.Thank you SBK for keeping such efficient team members!!

    I have been staying in RS residence Mankhool for the last 4 years. And I can for sure tell that from last 1 year or so, the upkeep of the building has drastically improved. ISHWAR, the new security guy, is fantastic. The cleanliness and hygiene of the building have changed. He is very helpful as well. I also remember how he informed all of us during Dubai rain to remove the cars from basement parking when water logging was happening. He seems to be a very focused guy on his duties. I am sure the SBK management will take note of his dedication. Note, the feedback is not influenced but genuine feedback for good work.

    Weve been living in Elysium 1 Residences for almost 3 years now. From the flat to the security of the building, I can say that its totally safe and secure to live here. Especially our security Lal who has worked here since we came. Our packages and deliveries are always safe and we dont have to worry about people who come and go to the building because its properly checked. I almost lost my expensive shoes due to negligence of my maid but Lal and cleaners helped me recover them through CCTV. Everything was recorded and safe. Again i would like to say thanks to the security team Lal and cleaners who are doing their best to maintain the safety of the resident
