    Good service and facilities management.Mr Ganeshan the caretaker of Building 2625 is highly appreciated maintenance, and one single call away for all the needs , I am staying almost 2 years in 2625 and noticed Mr Ganesh is always maintaining the building and all other amenities , and his rapid response for all service calls.Only one concern is SBK has to follow the rental increment government procedure of ones in every 3 years, rest all SBK is highly recommended

Only concern is about yearly rental increasing, management has to follow rental increment policy of Sharjah that is once in a 3 year.

If anything brokes/damaged, the maintenance team will repair it without any delay.* Security guard (Vijayan) is so helpful and friendly, that if we address any issue to him, he will immediately resolve it with a smile on his face.* Building corridors and premises are very neat and clean* Sales person Adil is friendly that he knows how to handle customersCons* Tenancy renewal cost is double than others. (Costs me 1823 aed for Studio flat)* I have faced an issue during tenancy renewal. As it is my first tenancy contract, the rent should be same for 3 years without any hike.(Sharjah rule)But during tenancy renewal they informed me with 19% increase in rent. Then i visited their office and after the discussions they agreed tenancy renewal without rent hike.* A guy named jamsheer is so arrogant when i called for update about tenancy renewal. But when i visited their office the other customer executives are so helpful.
