    I had a very good experience with ServeU. They inspected the issue and I received a quotation via email. The landlord attempted to interfere in this process in order to do something sneaky, but as I was the customer, ServeU supported me and prevented his action.Team 2 from ServeU did an excellent job with a total water heater replacement, as well as fixing the surrounding damage. They were very professional throughout and the work was very good.

    So it was a very long story to finalize the job required, however I can summarize:- ServU technicians/supervisors are really good- If you require some sort of service that they will subcontract others (I.e manufacturing a new wooden door) it will be not an easy job. Their subcontractors are not on the same level and they will try to do things at the lowest quality but ServU team will always be reasonable and supportive.- ServU call center is your biggest problem there (lack of coordination, lack of understanding, responding without having clarity on the situation, want to push you to pay any kind of charges without knowing the requirement,....etc I can write books about that). I think most of the call center team members (with the exception of very few like Sameer who ia really good) need massive training on how to deal with people in general and clients in specific.At the end with the support from the management team and supervisors ServU technicians managed to finalized the swinging door replacement job. I would like to have special Thanks to Rajeesh (9763) for his persistance and endurance to do the job with the best possible outcome. Also I like to thanks Kishanlal.
