I had felling of professionalism coming from their posts, so I contacted them and Stephen and Peter did a great job explaining the whole process and made it very easy for me to decide.   Now I have two apartments in Marina managed by Shosty, and I absolutely love how was easy it is to have them manage my properties, and how transparent everything is. I can check bookings on an app at any time - 24/7.   I am extremely happy with my decision and I am gladly recommending them to everyone.
