I stayed in this apartment in November 2024 and was very satisfied. Cozy and clean, with an excellent location just a few minutes from Dubai Mall. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and luxurious accommodation, a more than fabulous location with a full view of the Burj Khalifa and the fountains, very close to the fountain, a three-minute walk, very close to Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard and Dubai Mall, the best location in Business Bay. The place is quiet, with 24-hour security, in front of Carrefour. Inside the apartment, there is a small kitchen, a coffee machine, and a microwave. I had two rooms and a living room with two bathrooms. The apartment was very well-organized and very clean. Sitting on the balcony and watching the tower, especially in winter, is relaxing. When checking out, you dont have to wait for anyone. Leave your keys in the living room, take a picture of them, and send them a WhatsApp message. Trust in God.- There is a play area for young children, with a beautiful view of the tower.- There are many sports.- Cons:- The TV doesnt have BeIN channels for football lovers.- There is no one to carry your bags with you. You have to help yourself.- Please note that on the day of arrival, a sister, I think she was from Morocco, brought a baggage cart and helped me. I thank her for her wonderful assistance.- They give you three cards: one for the building and one for the parking. And one for the apartment. If one is lost, you pay 500 dirhams.There is no reception or daily cleaning. Cleaning is available on request, but daily cleaning costs 200 dirhams.Reception is available via WhatsApp 24 hours a day.If you ask me if youd like to live there again, Ill tell you yes, and Ill do it with confidence.
