I stayed in this apartment in November 2024 and was very satisfied. Cozy and clean, with an excellent location just a few minutes from Dubai Mall. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

The location of the apartment is spectacular with the view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony. Unit is very clean and comfortable. Three nights spent with my daughter were perfect. Would recommend

Beautiful and luxurious residence, more than a fabulous location, a complete view of Burj Khalifa and the fountains, very close to the fountain, a three-minute walk, very close to Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard and Dubai Mall, the best location in Business Bay,, The place is quiet, in 24-hour security, in front of Carrefour inside the residence. A small kitchen, a coffee machine, and a microwave. I took two rooms and a hall that had two bathrooms. The arrangement of the apartment is very nice and the cleanliness is high. Sitting on the balcony and watching the tower in particular. In winter, it is something comforting for the soul. Checking out does not require waiting for anyone. Place the keys in the hall and their pictures and send them on WhatsApp to them and trust in God.-It has a play area for young children with a very beautiful view of the tower- It has a lot of sportsIts flaws-The TV does not have BeIN channels for football fans-There is no one to carry your bags with you, so serve yourselfKnowing that they helped me on the day of arrival, a sister I think is from Morocco brought the luggage cart and helped me. I thank her for the beautiful help.- They give you three cards, one for the building, one for the parking, and one for the apartment. If anyone gets lost, you pay 500 dirhamsThere is no reception or daily cleaning. Cleaning is available, but on request today for 200 dirhamsReception is via WhatsApp 24 hoursYou ask me to come back to live there, and without hesitation, I say yes and strongly
